About Vailwood Apartments

This is a beautiful apartment and we would love to show it to you. We have a full time maintenance staff available 24 hours a day to assist with emergencies as well as friendly and dependable office staff. Our two bedrooms offer a large living space along with ceiling fans, huge walk-in closets, balconies, and that at "HOME" feeling. We offer a secured building with a laundry facility on each floor. The Vailwood Community is located in a quiet, quaint valley in St. Paul's Eastern Heights neighborhood. It's a great location only 5 minutes to Woodbury and 5 minutes to Downtown St. Paul. Interstate 94 and the MTC SunRay Transit Station are both only 3 blocks from our community. Shopping is easy at SunRay Shopping Center or you'll find several other stores within 1 mile of Vailwood such as: Target, TJ Maxx, 3 different grocers, several restaurants and retail stores--even the SunRay Library is nearby. Parks surround the Vailwood Community like the following: Conway Park & Recreation, Mounds Park, Battle Creek Regional Park, Beaver Lake Park--Biking, Hiking, Swimming, Cross Country Skiing, Sledding, Softball, Basketball, Tennis--all are located just around the corner here at Vailwood.
