We came to tour the Valley Plaza apartments. The management was friendly and welcoming. They were informative abc answers our questions with ease. The grounds were well maintained and the units we viewed were nice and very clean. We could definitely see ourselves living in this community.

I am a current resident in valley avenue apartment. Here house maintenance guys are excellent When I complained about my W/D they changed right away. Even they checked every household items about It’s working properly or not.
I am a current resident at the Valley Plaza Villages. The kitchens and bathrooms at the Eaves have been nicely renovated. The maintenance department is very quick to get any repairs needed completed in a timely manner. The property in general is o.k. but is starting to decay as the paint in many areas is pealing and the lattice work throughout the complex is in need of replacement in many areas. Most tenants only stay for a one 1 year lease term, as the rent is raised on a yearly basis from 300 to 500 dollars. When one decides to move, you must time your move out exactly with the end or your lease, as to temporarily switch to month to month, rent will cost you 75% more than your lease term rental cost. Overall, I am sorry to have chosen the Vally Plaza Villages. My second year term is up in November and I do not plan to stay here as I am not getting much value for the amount of rent I am paying
