Lots of great options, modern renovations, natural light

Came here to view units, these are some of the nicest modern renovations I have seen in the area. These units have style and all of them have lots of natural light! The girl who showed us the units is very nice and helpful.

GREAT LOCATION, FRIEDNLY STAFF, MODERN RENOVATION UNITS

I work near by in the medical field I come here several time s a year on assignments. I always stay at this property and have a wondeful experience. The staff is very friendly, i love that i can walk to near by restaurants, coffee shops etc. The units are so nicely furnished feels so nice every time i stay here. They do an amazing job designing and furnishing the units.

Great property

I have a longtime childhood friend that lives here. Im here so often, once my lease is up i will be moving here. I meet him at the gym at least 3 times a week. The property is getting upgraded at the moment cant wait to see the final product. So far it looks really good. My friends unit is a very nice unit they renovations are modern and sleek!

I don't recommend it

Location: amazing, mid-city and walking distance to lots. Original architecture: beautiful and apartments are good size. Current management and upkeep of property: subpar. They don't take care of the property or fix anything once broken. Pool area is a mess and jacuzzi broke but they aren't fixing (even though they don't tell prospective tenants that). Your a/c broke? You won't have one anymore. Garbage disposal, plumbing, etc...don't expect a repair. If you are only looking to pay a lot for location: this is the place for you!
