Reliable and peace

Office is always kind, the property is always quiet, never have to complain knowing I can relax in peace.

Excellent

I'm here to make sure this property gets it's proper stars. This property it is small but well maintain. Great office staff and maintenance very professional and very polite. Been here for more than 5 years and i feel so secure at this property. Office staff will always make sure tenants are satisfied . They are very strict with the property rules and it's amazing how they can follow up with everything. Thank you Villa Feliz for the opportunity you guys gave me.

Me encanta la propiedad , los trabajadores son muy amables. Las de la oficina muy amables y el joven Cris tambine. Aqui ofrecen mucha ayuda y tambien tienen servicio de notaria.

He vivido aqui, y les puedo decir que no me ire de aqui nunca. Esta propidad es privadad y muy limpia. Las de la oficina muy amables y el joven tambien. Ellos siempre ayudando a como puedan. Los mantenimientos excelente. Se los recomiendo

Best one in SW area. Prices are reasonable. When they says 24 hour maintenance , they literally mean it .

Great office staff and maintenance

I just move here like 6 month ago. I guess the people that wrote the review wore one of the noise and worst residents. Yes they are super strict and that's what i like about them. They don't tolerate any noise people onsite and specially drunkie people. Maintenance wise whohoooo i love it you call in and they fix everything and about raising rent not true lol i guess people dont read there lease contract on special provision. Special Move In. Love it one of the best in the area. It took me at least a 1 nd so to get in and it's worth it.
