Unsafe Area, Poor Management

The complex used to be nicer, but recently changed property management companies. Since then, security is very lacking. Despite there being gates for car and pedestrian entry, there are garage and car break-ins very often. This complex is not recommended for safety reasons

I walked in and knew I was HOME

I love this place from the street it looks like an ordinary apartment building but once you walk inside it is like an oasis. lots of beautiful plants and fountains. at night all the little decorations light up and shine, the pool just sparkles, this place is amazing. I cant imagine living anywhere else.

looks are deceiving!!

For prices being asked for rental fees, buildings have been neglected, patches of stucco, bubbling and falling, interiors haven't been updated since buildings inception or early 80's.
