Upon moving in the apartment itself seemed like a rush job. The carpets were still damp, paint all over the cabinets handles in bathrooms and kitchen, kitchen appliances weren’t even correctly put in as well. The second room there were rusty nails Left that my small child found..luckily didn’t step on. Overall the place would be great if it didn’t seemed rushed for us to move in. Also seems like kids can’t even play outside without the neighbors complaining about one muddy footprint on our side of the door way from walking in the grass, And already leaving passive aggressive notes from being moved in just a week. Communication on staff side could be better. 3 stars is for the location and the potential these apartments have.

I am absolutely amazed by the experience with this property! Yoli is so sweet and kind. The response rate and approval was fast. The apartment was neat, clean and ready to move in. I’m so excited.

Villas at Spring Trails is a great place to live. The staff is beyond amazing! They are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are the ones that make this complex what it is. Maintenance is very efficient and quick to resolve any issues. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. It’s a pet friendly environment. But, it’s more than that, it’s about being part of a community. That’s what I love about living here. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone

I've lived at Spring trails for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it. The staff in the office is always absolutely wonderful! Graham, Angela and Sheila never fail to greet us with a smile when we walk through the door. They always go over and beyond when we need something. The Maintenance staff is quick and professional. When I moved in my apartment was spotless. Belinda even helped me by letting me borrow her ladder! I couldn't have picked a better place to live! Villas at Spring trails really is home!

Sheila is a fantastic Manager and love the feel of the community! Very clean!

This particular apartment community has bad staffing. The assistant manager Angela and the property manager Sheila are both unprofessional and act careless when a resident makes a complaint and then they purposely ignore your phone calls. I called several times yesterday and they didn’t answer all day until I called from a different number and Graham picked up. I told him to have management call me and like before and always, NO ONE called me back that entire day and they refused to pick up the phone when I called several more times. I even called them first thing in the morning when they opened up at 9 AM yesterday and left a voicemail message with them to call me back and management still did not return my call. I have been complaining about a residential issue that has been extremely loud in my building for months and they have done nothing to follow up on the situation. The patrol officer on duty NEVER responds to a call, which leads me to having to call the police almost every night for noise complaints. The management gets these calls and notifications about my complaints but refuses to follow up with me on it. I have had to reach out to the area manager, Jeff several times who has been more pleasant than any of these two females in the office. I am moving very soon and need to put in my notice to vacate but apparently I will be needing to speak with Jeff again to get that notice to him since no one in office picks up the phone. I should’ve known that I would have these problems from when I first moved in and I asked for a copy of my lease and Angela refused to give it to me upon request and I had to ask three different times in between several days before she finally did it. When she finally did, she had an attitude, tried to argue with me over the phone and then stated how she’s been working there for 3 years, who cares?! First she blamed not getting my lease copy to me on a new system that they were using and then another she tried to say that the printer wasn’t working. Excuses, excuses. Very unprofessional and these people in here do not communicate with the residents at all. Of course when I told Sheila, all she did was make more excuses for her. I know from personal experience that management like this will run an apartment community like this to the GROUND. This place needs better management.

The community garden with fresh herbs will definitely step up your cooking game 100%. It's now a daily in my life. They host events that give you a chance to meet your neighbors and win prizes. If you're new to Pflugerville like I was, these events will help you squeeze in social time in between your busy schedule. When it comes to the actual apartment, I picked the A3 model. The living room has room for my art desk, two gaming centers and still has room for a reading nook. If you like a lot of closet space, get an A3. There's so much closet...We actually ended up turning one closet into an office space.

I have the biggest one bedroom and it’s very very spacious. I live on the backside and it’s very quiet. The office staff is amazing! And the amenities and free trainer is a added bonus.

I lived here going on 2 years office staff well I can say Angela is very helpful and Jackie really is sweet .. The price is a Lil high and there is no insulation you can hear your neighbors in every area they are at .

YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING AND LOUD. YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBOR SNEEZE. Some neighbors just let their door slam, that's right the front doors automatically close and if you live upstairs your whole apartment shakes. It doesn't matter if it's someone who lives on the other side of you. YOU FEEL IT! I wish I would have listened!!!!

We had been to the villas a few times to visit a friend. We had a BBQ by the pool. Watch some TV in the seating area. It was wonderful. We came back to play volly ball and use the putting range. We fell in love with the community and staff. Once our lease was about up we quickly came to apply. Application was a breeze and the rent is right in our range. We love it here and recommend it to everyone that is trying to find a find an affordable place to live and a great living community. Pets here are friendly.

If you have ever been worried about renting for your first time, wondering if you are getting a decent deal or if the apartments will be taken care of, look no further than VAST. The Villas at Spring Trails team took great care of both my fiancéé and I! We have been here for six months and already they have gone out of their way to be as welcoming and accommodating as they can, assisting with all of our crazy moving shipments and furniture deliveries. They have even been wonderful with our small puppy who loves the Bark Park and spending time hanging out with the other dogs! We are extremely happy with Villas as our choice for our apartment in Pflugerville and would highly recommend the community to all looking for a great place to live.

The move in process is super easy! During the apartment tour, everything was shown and explained beautifully and professionally! Jacqui did a wonderful job explaining the leasing process! The Villas at Spring Trails takes care of their residents! I would definitely recommend living here!

I've been at this apartment complex going on my second year.It's great, staff is very helpful, apartment property is usually very clean and honestly have had very little to complain about. Great place to live and not far from everything that you may need to do.

Good clean property. Quiet and maintenance is fast on repairs. Office staff is friendly and always greets you. Free coffee and the amnietys are great.

GOING FOR THE 3RD 13MONTHS RENEWER IS BECAUSE OF THE HOME NATURE OF THE COMPLEX. THAT IS MY HOME. THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE STAFF IS SOMETHING THAT CAN'T BE FORGOTTEN OR IGNORED. First I would like to say that the front office staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and always smiling. I also like the workout room, the computer room as well as the pool area. The whole community is awesome and the grounds are well kept.

I've been renting since I was 17 and I have to say this has been the best experience so far. The staff are so friendly and helpful with whatever needs i have. The property is maintained and looks great. The pool is very relaxing during these hot texas summer days. All around very excellent place to call home.

The staff is extremely thoughtful and professional. They constantly reach out to make sure things are going well for you. Maintenance is timely and gets things done efficiently and well. If you’re thinking about moving here, just go ahead and do it because you won’t regret it.

This has been a GREAT apartment complex to stay in - so much so that we have resigned our lease! Staying in this complex has changed our standards for any future apartment searching – it has such a homey vibe and awesome staff. While our neighbors have not been the best, the front office staff and maintenance team make up for it in being so diligent to listen to our concerns or just to have a casual conversation! Highly recommend!

It's so hard to find a family friendly place in Pflugerville that I was ready to quit. Then I stumbled on the Villas! More room, nicer amenities, very helpful and friendly staff, and better priced than where I was currently living. Plus! There was plenty of room for my child to run and play. My neighbors are friendly and the evenings are quiet and the property maintenance is very well-kept. There's good lighting in the parking lot and central areas at night, which makes me feel safer. The staff is great at tending to issues quickly and I find they actually listen when I have a concern, instead of brushing me off. I'm still new, but I'm very happy here and can see my family here for a long time! I highly recommend it.

We lived at the villas 2 years ago and recently moved back because we loved it. Great location close to stores, and the toll road. Staff is friendly and accommodating to any needs. Safe area too!

I have lived here for 2 years and the staff has been nothing other than exceptional! I started off in a single room unit and moved into a two room unit. Yes, I’ve had issues with the my units, but the staff was very prompt in correcting the issues that occurred. I highly recommend joining this Appartment community! They provide monthly events for all the residents to enjoy and the amenities that the complex provides are wonderful! The apartments them selves can be loud at times but they have gone above and beyond to add extra sound proofing to limit the noise. It’s barely heard now. If you are considering moving into this complex, I highly recommend it as your choice! I am a very satisfied resident! Oh....one other thing. I just got my highest electric bill since I’ve been here. It was $99.00. This place is very energy efficient! (And the temperature was 110° yesterday! ??) Shiela is a wonderful manager and gets involved with what ever issue you might have happen. All in all, a great place to live!

I’ve been living here for quite some time now, and I’ve had overwhelmingly positive experiences with these apartments. I work a late shift and don’t get back until after dark. Even as a single female, not once have I felt unsafe walking around the complex at night. This place is dog friendly and the people have been very helpful with most maintenance issues when they arrive. I have two qualms, one of which is more a user problem than an apartment problem. People aren’t great about cleaning up after their pets. I think more poop stations would help. Also, there is not enough parking near my building. I have to park by the pool on most work nights. Like I said, it’s a safe walk but an inconvenient one. That said, the staff has been fantastic and the apartments are roomy for the price.

For the price we pay for rent each month. You still can't let your kids play outside from all the dogs do-do and glass on the side walks from other homeowners dropping glass bottles on the ground from their beers. No park for kids to play at all.

I’ve lived here about a month now. This place has been great! The ladies in the office were very helpful in my move to the Austin area. Maintence was very helpful in getting a few hints taken care of when I moved in as well.

I have been a tenant this apartment complex from day one I have seen changes in the management staff and including the maintenance staff but throughout I must say everyone is so professional family oriented I believe but this has been the best three and a half going on for years at this complex that I have enjoyed living at and I have no problem referring friends family members co-workers Etc.* so if you aren't thinking about residing in the Pflugerville area this would be the first place you would want to at least look into office staff is so professional friendly and courteous the groundskeepers definitely does a excellent job I'm keeping everything so beautiful nice and neat the maintenance staff is there in a timely manner willing to go above and beyond the Call of Duty. Like I say this has been a wonderful experience for my.

Even tho i haven’t got a chance to move in with the complex I can’t wait til when I do! Nicole was so sweet and filled with energy, told me all the great things about this place as well as the bad (which was nothing) this place is beautiful and I am really excited to become a new resident to this place! Kid Friendly is my main concern as well as safety! I Can’t wait to move in!

We had a great experience in this place. It was super clean, comfortable, and stylish. Maintenance was very responsive when we needed something. I love the walking trails to the pool, by the volley ball court. The pool was fantastic, especially for little kids. Great management.

I love the office staff and the maintenance crew is awesome, especially Jose!! He has come to our apartment a few times and everytime he has made sure there was no problems anywhere else and didn't just come to fix the problem listed! He also has recommend some helpful tips to maintain nice and clean appliances. We don't have the greatest neighbors, but that is really the only major complaint I could give. It's close to all kinds of things but still secluded in a good way! Love it here!

I have lived at VAS for 8 months now and want to be totally honest. Beautiful property, friendly office staff but that's about the only positive feedback can offer. STAY AWAY if you like peaceful evenings and nights. The walls are paper thin not enough insulation. Sitting in living room you hear neighbors under you ( I'm on 2nd fl.) talking, opening/closing doors cabinets, door knocks, dog barking, alarm as if it is inside your place,noise from water heater which wall adjacent to bedroom, etc. I hear TV of the tenant below me and it happens to b right under the head of my bed ( master bedroom). U also get noise from all tenants, every wall is thin, so u get noise from at least two tenants. The so called courtesy officer which I was told to call after hours never responds. Called twice and he never went to the tenants apt. and this was different nights. Everyone that is posting they have no complaints, I find that hard to believe unless they have zombies for neighbors and well trained dogs. I was told they had 2 ft of insulation to distort noise, NOT!! I hear going to build more, sure hope they insulate.

I have been living here since the beginning of June (moved in 2 days after the building was inspected) and have loved every minute of it. I have the A2G (1B/1Ba w/attached garage) and really appreciate the open floor plan and all of the storage space available. Also having a single car garage and a private driveway is a nice feature as well. These units are very affordable, you get a townhome sized apartment with a garage for under $1100 a month! That's unheard of! The Greystar Management staff is wonderful to work with and very personable. Ana, the community manager, has such a great personality and takes time to get to know people. I really appreciate that every time i see her she says hello to me, by name, and recalls our previous interactions. The staff here do seem to truly care about their residents. To add to the the "CARES" team puts on a lot of community engagement events, from holiday parties to simple get togethers. This community is set just off of highway 45 near 130 and the commute to downtown is fairly simple. The access to 130 helps out but with 45 being mostly empty Mopac and 35 are easily utilized to go to the city. The only negatives are that the apartments only come with washer/dryer connections (not units) and the property gate seems to get stuck open often, but in this area, it is of no concern. The TLDR version, these apartments are brand new, spacious, have a great price point, and are a good place to call home.

At just over $1000 a month, to get a brand new apartment with vaulted ceilings and a gigantic walk in closet over 900 sq. ft., that's a STEAL! When I say gigantic, I mean, the closet has a window in it! The leasing agent said some residents use it as an office but I think it fits my clothes just fine LOL. The gates seem to stop working from time to time but in this area that's not a big deal, not to mention there's an officer that lives here to make sure everything is safe. I love the events the staff holds for residents too, great for people to get to know one another. Shopping and the gym are less than 5 minutes away and everything else I can get to easily being so close to the 45 and 130. Just an all around great location and property.

I've been in my apartment for a little over a month now and really love it! It's a brand new complex and still has some construction going on but it's still a very pleasant atmosphere. With the pool and its personal cabanas, sand volleyball, putting green, bocce ball and bark park there's just enough to do without there being "too much" commotion. There is also a big grassy area next to the community garden that's great to hang out in for that picnic-in-the park feeling! Great place to live!

Aside from the thin walls, which I expect with practically any newer apartment complex, this is a great place to stay! Just to clarify, the walls aren't paper thin, but you do hear someone's voice if they're talking loudly. The amenities are great. You can workout, swim, watch tv outside (or inside of course), take your dog to the dog park, play volleyball etc. I don't think the cycle shop and/or the paw spa is completely done yet. Neither is the garden, but it will be done soon. The sense of community is very nice. Monthly events are hosted for people to get to know each other and just come together and have a good time. You often see kids meeting each other and playing a game of volleyball. Thankfully, there aren't any rowdy children around. It's gated... & the gates actually work! (Lol) The staff has always been a pleasure to work with as well. If you have any questions or concerns, they do not hesitate to answer or address them. I would definitely recommend this place!

Downsizing from 2800 sq ft to 1240 isn't easy but the Villas have made the transition a little easier. Besides our Dane, Hank LOVES the bark park!

The units are very cheaply made even with the allegily high end finishes. The rent/lease rate is at or a little above the average for the area. The appliances are a joke including the HVAC. Our latest electric bill was over $300 to keep the house at or around 75 degrees. The contractor claims that everything is working fine. We've also had to place work orders each month to replace the AC filter as they fail to replace it in a timely manner. The grounds design are humorous as you can tell where the builder made some major mistakes including the lack of walk ways to get to the apartment, lighting, and parking lot issues. It also appears they are lowering the tenant requirements with the amount of loud music and traffic coming in/out to obtain their occupancy status. Luckily the lease term was a short 8 months so that we can move on once we get settled in our new careers. Lastly, the management nickel and dimes you for everything, including an administrative fee to bill us our water bill since its all attached to one account with the water company.

New apartments. Great management. Upgraded appliances and amenities. Awesome place to live.
