Property Ratings at Weaverville Commons
I lived here for 18 months. The apartment was in perfect condition and impeccably clean when we moved in. The few small maintenance requests we had were handled promptly. The grounds are kept clean. We loved living here and only moved because we needed more space. When we did move out, Nina was very helpful and went above and beyond in providing instructions for putting in our notice and closing out our tenancy with them. If I ever need to rent an apartment in the future I would definitely go through Partnership Property Management. The complex is small which is nice as it is quieter and the neighbors are all nice and respectful. The apartment is in a great location close to Main Street and Lake Louise is three minutes away. There is a great soccer field and track directly across the road. There is plenty of closet and cabinet space and these are newer construction so everything is in tip top working order.
Just moved into a 3 bedroom apartment. No issues, very comfortable and cozy. Angie and Nina were very helpful in getting me into the apartment promptly. Angie went above and beyond to get carpet cleaned so I could have the weekend to move in. thank you so much! It is also very quiet and peaceful here, and the grounds are very clean. Nice view from the back deck as well. Very happy with service and apartment.
Office staff are rude they do not contact you back the apartments have mold in them. There are old junk cars with dead tags sitting on jacks.the walls are thin and hardly no paint on walls stay away from this place

Walls are very thin. Trash constantly running over. Took weeks to get things fixed. Even when there was mold!!!
