My pantry is growing mold due to them never fixing my ac & my whole apartment is hot!!! My toddler & I be sweating in our sleep due to how hot it is & no matter how much I complain they just laugh & do nothing DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS AT ALL!!!!

Horrible. The rats and roaches are everywhere. Every weekend, we have no hot water. I live in an apartment which the ceiling is peeling, the tile is broken everywhere, and rats have gnawed holes in the wall. They will tow you too!! Since we’ve lived here, our truck was stolen, and our cars have been towed 2 times. You can’t have anything on the porch or you will be fined. The rates increase without telling you and then they charge you late fees when you haven’t been informed of the increase. The pools are never open and the laundry facilities don’t work. There is loud music all the time at night, and shootings have occurred. The apartments say call the police. Awful. Do not move here!!!!

I'm so tired of living in these apts , its always something . Either we have no hot water , or we have no water at all !!! & when we do have water my bathtub & the sink facet are running all day & night !!! Which they have been aware of since BEFORE i moved in !! Now it seems to be causing mold on my wall due to the moisture in my bathroom 24/7 . My toilet has been broken for 5 freaking days but thats something that is considered an emergency so it should've been fixed that same day , I've literally had no working toilet for almost a week !!! & today the maintenance man literally just came & looked at the bathroom , left & never came back ! Honestly if i could give these terrible apts NEGATIVE stars i would , i absolutely hate it here . I'm so close to reporting these apts to the better business bureau .

The maintenance is the worst. The manager is the worst! I moved in with NO a/c after they assured me it would be fixed BEFORE I moved in. It’s been 3 months and still not fixed. They come up with every excuse. They are the worst I’ve ever dealt with! Save your money!!!!

Worst apartments I have ever stayed at in my life. The women in the office are rude and unprofessional if you go in there with a complaint they cut u off and instantly get rude with you. They never answer their phone the hours it say they are open is not always true they close early whenever they feel. Sewage always get backed up for 3 days I had to deal with a tub full of sewage backup a toilet full of sewage and my closet because apparently closets are effected by the sewage backup also. I was very much upset as I should have been because I had sewage backed up in my house for 3 days and nobody was rushing to fix it. Currently these apartments have basically banned kids from going outside to play if a child gets caught outside without a parent the parent gets a lease violation and a fine. That's ridiculous I've never heard of that in my life. I know this can't be legal nowhere in my lease does it say this. These are the worst apartments ever and now they are just making up rules as they go and claiming it's in the lease

I have enjoyed my stay with the place I call home! I have called this place a home for over three years now. My few complaints can and have been fixed. I do wish I got hot water pressure more often than not! I also wish the laundry facility worked, but the washers are broken, more times than working! I will give the ladies in the office props for their friendly nature, who has stood by my family and my needs. My neighbors have been my neighbors quite a while, and they are awesome!
