Es un conjunto en un muy mal estado, las basureras llenas de gusanos, basura por todos lados, la piscina nunca está disponible y cuando lo está es demasiado cochina, no hay personal adecuado de mantenimiento ni de limpieza, los pasillos son asquerosos, no es una buena opción.

I honestly had a great time living at Westchase I hated having to move but I had to.. Eric the manager always made it clear that he works really hard to make sure complaints are handled quickly. Ravien and Lucy were always so sweet and welcoming. I also loved the pool!!

I would recommend Westchase because the staff and managment has been very helpfull to me while I have been tempoarirly disabled with a broken foot. Their help with mail, trash removal etc. has been helpfull more than I can say.

I would recommend it for having good location in Fort Myers, but I would not recommend it because my apartment has many old, deteriorated and poorly repaired accessories. besides that the carpet I would like only in the rooms.
I have lived here 2 1/2 years and generally am happy with the complex. Sometimes getting responses from the office and maintenance is like pulling teeth but the community is very nice.
I loved living there for 3 years. Bit my mother became sick and I had to move in with her. I wish i still lived there.
My apartment need some fixing for a while and nothing is happening. Already told office back in August And nothing yet..
1.roach infected 2.Rude management 3.Apartments needs updated 4. You can be without months with something broken. 5. False advertisement ( Front gate ) doesn't work 6. The compactor is always full so people leave their garbage piled up around The dumpster. 7. Residence leave cigarette butts outside on the premises. 8.You get fined for every little thing. The only good thing I can say about these apartments is that its cheap.
Maintance needs to improve their timing. The front gate needs to be fixed and we need a different bug company because they seem to bring more bugs. With that being said its safe here which is my number 1 rent is reasonable best youll find in fort myers and its spaceious. The front office staff is always nice and willing to help and they know me by name. I would recommend this place.
There is always roach and ant issues!! No matter how many times they come to "spray" I have to take extra precautions with my food! But I would recommend this place with that caution in mind. Other than that, I would.
I am unfortunately a current tenant for 5 years. I was once a happy tenant when Westchase was owned by the Wilson Company. They had nice people working in the Leasing office, rent rarely went up, and maintenance was there like the next day (even within hours of a call). But now... Now, rent goes up every year, people in the leasing office are very rude, the leasing office sometime loses your delivered packages and argues with you about it, the leasing office will find any reason to slap an attorney's fine or cease and desist notice on you (especially when it wasn't you fault or they didn't have the forethought to find evidence to their claim that it was your fault), maintenance is very slow or doesn't come at all or the leasing office loses your complaint or work order, the leasing office does not answer their phone, so don't' bother calling, you are just going to have to physically show up. Don't expect a 24 hour notice before they go into your apartment for any reason, like they'll put a notice into your door jam at 3 in the afternoon the day before and expect to clear out your whole kitchen before fumigation comes in at 10 the next morning. I would say I hate living here but the apartments themselves are nice. Big living room. It has a nice space for a dining room table. The kitchen is medium size. Enough cabinets and a small pantry. A really big master bedroom. Bathroom is pretty big with a decent walk in closet too. My unit overlooks the lake in the back and I can see the pool on the side. So it's nice. Remember, it's income limit here. So if you make more money later on you can't move up and get a bigger apartment. So if you can handle bad management then you can handle Westchase, if you can move on and good luck! I hope you find something! Fort myers is tough for renters.
Despite all the issue it is still a good place to live. The rent is somewhat fair and affordable compared to other places.
I live in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Large kitchen that overlooks the living room. With a breakfast bar that i enjoy every morning with my husband as we get ready to start our day. After a long day at work we come back home to relax at the clubhouse and pool. I have really enjoyed my time here. And I'm ready to renew once again.
