I just love Ebonie. She listened to all my questions and concerns. She made it her business to make sure I was comfortable. I would rent from her again and again. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!

This property was a peace of mind!!! I absolutely love the management staff Ebonie was such a joy to work with. I take pride in knowing that management not only keeps up the inside of my apartment but they do not allow the outside to be trashed by residents. I have never rented anywhere that is genuinely concerned about the well being of there residents. If looking to rent at this property please speak with Ebonie and you will not be disappointed. I was pleased with the response time of maintenance handling my issue. I called Friday evening and my issue was handled Saturday morning. Also, I enjoy living here!

When I viewed the property i was immediately pleased. It was in a good location, the aparments seemed well kept, and management was pleasent and easy to work with. As soon as i moved in that changed. Maintence is hard to get a hold of through the automated system and if you have an emergency might as well try and figure out how to fix it yourself. complaints to management are met with pushback and rarely investigated. Everyone in the complex who stores anything outside of the four walls of their apartment is left a note that it needs to be moved, even if your belongings are on your front porch or patio. Management claims to have business hours at the complex on tuesday and thursday but is rarely ever there. If you need to contact them I suggest submitting a formal request about a month in advance or else you will be left sadly disappointed. The lisiting claims amentities but there are none. The pool was closed all summer despite the fact it was continuously being refilled and told to residents it was being opened multiple times. You have two assing parking spots but that doesnt matter because if you need to occupy a visitor spot daily nothing is said to you despite a clause in the lease that says the visitor spots are for use of less than 24 hours. If your rent is past due by a day dont worry you will get an email or a nice letter tacked to your door threatening court costs and eviction to remind you that rent is due even though you are supposed to get a grace period. Bella Management is the company running the aparments but the single property manager for this location is the only one you will ever be gven or find a number for. If you feel the need to contact Bella Management corporate offices, GOOD LUCK! If you do by some chance end up here and make it through your year long lease the month to month rent is out of this world. The price of rent for yearly lease has also gone up multiple times recently. If you have small kids that go to bed earlier in the evening youll have trouble keeping them asleep. The walls are paper thin that you can hear the TV in the next unit and most tenants make excessive noise late at night in the aparments and in the parking lot. To be on the safe side, rent anywhere else in clemmons besides here and save yourself the headache.

I moved to Western Villa in August and have truly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The property manager is very helpful and accommodating and makes sure to respond in a timely manner. I absolutely love the maintenance man, he is very respectful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this property.

Not sure about the other review, but I've absolutely been satisfied with the management and my townhome. The grounds are always kept up. It's in an excellent location in Clemmons. I have stainless steel appliances in my unit and this is my home for years to come. Highly recommend.

I’m not recommending this apartment. The management is useless and unprofessional and she’s going to charged you too much whenever she want too. The office is always closed and nobody answer the phone whenever you have emergency in your apartment. Isn’t worth it to pay too much!!!

Western Villas!!! The location is great, you’re only half a mile away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The layout of the apartments is great! It's nice not having neighbors above or below me. And I love having a large private patio!

I moved in in May of 2019. The property manager goes over and above to find out if my living conditions are a ove expectations and standards. Its quite, peaceful and relaxing. My amenities are in excellent condition. Our lines of communication are second to none. Moving 700 miles away from my previous residence and I picked the perfect spot for me. Can't say enough positive things about WESTERN VILLA!

The new property owner and management have ensured that these homes are updated to the finest quality and style. I have been pleasantly surprised by the thought and detail that this team puts into their property and resident’s living experience.

Please think twice before signing your lease here. Management is extremely shady and a total joke. Don't expect to get your security deposit returned!
