Close to Ballston and the Metro

The building itself is a bit older and the places can be a tad small (what place isn't in the NOVA/DC area), but really the location and pricetag are what make this place great for me! Allows me access to the Ballston Mall and Metro while also feeling like I live in a neighborhood and not a bustling city. Go three to four blocks away and the rent is triple what this place is - great price for a great location!
