New management amazing

New manager here is God sent. Previous management was always m.i.a., rude and never fixed things. I put in a maintenance request 5 months ago that was never fixed. When the new manager came she had the issue fixed the next day after I reported it. She is always responsive. I see her walk the property all the time and even pick up trash, I would've never seen the old manager do that. She even is enforcing the parking. She comes after office hours sometimes at 8 or 9 at night to make sure vehicles have permits and not illegally parked which was my biggest issue. Had I been asked 6 months ago if I would recommend this property I would have said absolutely not. With Tawni now here I can't think of living anywhere else.

Riva Ridge Apartments

Its a great place to live, I've been here at these apartments for 4 years with my family. The owner manages it, he is here everyday making sure everything is taken care of. There is one and two bedrooms available with one bath, two laundry facilities and a lot of parking. It's a safe place and theirs security that drives around at night. I've enjoyed living here and plan to be here for more years!
