I moved in to Whispering Fountain in May 2022. New carpet, paint very clean - I have never seen a roach. I live by the back gate an frequently sleep with my windows open. Yes I am careful to leave a lock in the window but I feel safe and the property is clean - the managers are great. Can't beat the price!

Not a good place for seniors

I lived at Whispering Fountains from 2005 to 2010. When I lived there,there was a lot of crime.....especially in the rear units. One lady's son was selling drugs outside his bedroom window. Car theft was common now and then. My neighbor stole a hose from me, but she denied it. I'm sure she is still living there. While there, I come to find out there were two ex-felons living there as well. The fault of all of this taking place was the manager. She could care less about the tenants. I hope the replacement manager is better. Our apartment,my mom (God rest her soul) and I lived in a two bedroom ground apartment next to the pool. Very noisy late at night. I only hope the situation at Whispering Fountains has changed for the better, but I doubt it

Would not tell anyone to rent there

We rented there for years and had very bad experience. When we complained about certain code violations, we were given notice to leave. The pictures on website look beautiful with landscape, but that's only in the front. They pulled out the grass and flowers and replaced with rocks. The complex is not safe and secure, a lot of crime in there. Maintenance is okay. But the grounds are not kept up, and we were hapoy to find better place

Liked the place

I do not live at Whispering Fountains, however, I did meet with an office employee whom helped answer my questions. She was very nice and polite and very helpful. From what I could see the property looked nice, but I didn't look at any unit models. I would live here if they would allow 2 pets. But their new policy is only one pet. I have three cats, and would give one up to move in, but I can't give up two. It will be hard enough to give up one.

Thinking of moving here. I used to know someone who did, before I was old enough to qualify. Really nice grounds, well kept and good maintenence. The one bedrooms are a bit small, but okay since I can't clean anything bigger. And, they allow smoking and one pet which is nice.
