Property Ratings at Willow Run Village
My rent checks would go through online and I had to pay late fees when I did everything in my power to prove it was NOT my or my banks fault. Terrible customer service, amenity key never works, hot tub constantly broken, had to pay for parking when we were TOLD WHEN WE SIGNED THE LEASE IT WOULD BE FREE, this complex has nickel and dimed us to death and I regret signing the lease. Whatever you do, don't live here.
The amount of money that it cost to live in this particular apartment community the conditions are poor and disgusting not only that but the stairs are completely careless and have no ability to be able to maintain or have any type of concern for upkeep leading to infestation of cockroaches and fire code breaches leaving many of the buildings without fire extinguishers which is a violation against Colorado state law
While Willow Run is a great place to live, this review is about an excellent customer service experience I had. The apartment office administrators were highly accommodating when I had issues registering my out of state vehicle. Because I had expired out of state plates on their private property they could have towed me at any time, but they were merciful enough to put a hold on the towing, as long as I was proactive in trying to obtain current and valid in-state registration. For this I am truly thankful!

I have lived at willow run apartments for a few months. Is very nice area and beautiful. Many stores are around. I like so much that they have a play ground for kids to play. The coworkers from the office they are very friendly, they help me a lot. I rent an apartment with three rooms; it is very comfortable and clean inside. Love it here.
I have lived at Willow Run Village for 2 years. I might say I am very happy to be moving. I have neighbors who live upstairs and have a large dog who barks a lot. When the owners are home they play with the dog and the dog barks more, plus the noise from running across the floor is so loud. Also when they go down the stairs it sounds like a train going through my ground floor apt. The only thing I will say was outstanding is when something needed fix, it was done immediately.

I have lived at willow run apartments for a year and a half and could be happier. The management is always helpful and maintenance is very good about coming to fix anything no matter how small right away. Great amenities for residents and the area is booming with new shopping. Love it here.
Myself and my husband with our children have lived here at Willow Run for going on 5 years. I would like to say that the new office team and maintenance team are wonderful. They are very welcoming and professional. This property has come a long way with the new team. Thank you all for everything you do!! :) :)
Honestly, this is the worst apartment complex that I've ever lived in. When I moved in, they boasted a work out facility, pool, computer lab etc. For several months, those facilities were closed for "renovations" even though they still continued to charge tenants the same amount per month. Every time the business center could have come in handy, there was either someone playing games on the computers or the printer was without ink or paper. For about a month, the rent drop box was blocked off due to the construction, so if you worked from 8-5 during the weekdays, it was virtually impossible to pay your rent. The hallways took about four months to get painted and carpeted and remained half-started and unfinished for a ridiculous amount of time. Long story short, if you are looking for a great place to live, look elsewhere. Oh, one last point: When I needed to use the printers in the business center, they were out of ink. When my family had a moment off work and wanted to use the pool, it was closed. When I needed to pay rent, I couldn't access the rent box. See a pattern here? GOOD BYE WILLOW RUN.
