Located in northern Ohio just south of one of Ohio’s largest cities, Cleveland, and north of another large city, Akron, is Brunswick. Brunswick is a part of Medina County and provides renters a quiet suburban escape from the much larger cities, but thanks to the interstate that runs through the city, Interstate 71, residents have easy access to the surrounding larger cities. There is plenty of opportunity for outdoor recreation due to the several parks and nature centers in Brunswick. There is also a quaint lake, Lake Brunswick, that many residents use to fish, explore, and relax.
Although Brunswick is a larger suburb, it still has a small-town feel and a community that works together. Renters will find this affordable area to have a welcoming atmosphere thanks to the supportive people that make up the community.

Property Ratings at Woodgate Village Apartments
The apartment is nice. Management is great and maintenance is fast with response. So far I've enjoyed living here.
They are beyond sweet! The people that you meet and talk to are kind and quiet they are not mean or rude. Our neighbors are down to earth the kids hold the door open to us whenever they are outside playing. The adults say hi no matter we are or if we pass them in the hallway to our apartment. We are definitely happy we chose Woodgate.
When I decided to move back to Brunswick I was also concerned about the price of a place to live since where I was living at raised their rates and I was paying for things that didn't even benefit me. From the 1st day that I met the property manager I knew that I was making the right decision at her level of customer service and the way that she explained everything and was very open to answer all of my questions and I had a lot of questions before I made the decision to go ahead and halves the application filled out. I've now been living a property for 2 months and the customer service has still been excellent there had been follow up calls to make sure that I am comfortable in my new apartment I be had one maintenance request and that was filled in a timely manner the property itself is kept clean and a regular basis. The most important is the customer service level that I have received is very important to me all the other things can be worked out but poor customer service can never be corrected with me! I am pleased with everything from the application process to the follow up and the comfort of my apartment.
I’ve lived here for a few months, this was the cheapest place I could find that seemed decent for the cost and I’m very glad I chose it. I will say I really do enjoy living here. Anytime I have had a minor issue maintenance has been around to fix it in a timely manner and our leasing lady, Linda is fantastic. She calls to check in on residents and make sure everything is going smooth. The property is well maintained and my neighbors are very friendly.
I have lived here for 2 years it’s wonderful. Anytime I need Linda she calls back as soon as possible. The neighbors are very nice.
The property is well taken care of and any issues that arise are taken care of in a quick and professional way. I would highly recommend Woodgate as a place to live as an almost decade long resident.
I have lived at Woodgate Village for almost 2 years. The property manager was very welcoming and hospitable during the move in process and beyond. Any questions I had were answered quickly and I received a gift basket upon moving in which was very awesome! The customer service from the property manager and maintenance team has been wonderful. The two minor maintenance requests that I have had were resolved quickly and without inconvenience to me. My building and the property grounds are well maintained. I would recommend Woodgate Village to my family and friends. It’s a great place to live!
I have lived here for 3 years now and have not had an issue. The property staff are helpful and are always a call away. You will have a peace of mind staying here
The apartments are nice, friendly and quiet neibors, if there is any issues they get solved quickly.
Friendly neighbors, quick and clean maintenance man, and helpful office lady. Anytime I need anything or have a problem it is solved or dealt with in a timely manner. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments and this one has, by far, the best staff that i have encountered.
This place stinks. Terrible upkeep. Management is beyond horrible. Bugs. They are more worried about people feeding stray cats than the residents who pay rent. Noisy surroundings due to a playground being in the center of the buildings.
Bugs, mold, noisy neighbors. What else could you ask for? We couldn't wait to leave this place. In fact the second we had the chance we left early. Off the bat we had bug problems. There were ants coming out of wall outlets, stove tops and drains. We were told "well we don't spray for bugs for another month. I don't know what I'm supposed to do about it?" Really? We called the leasing ladies boss and an exterminator was out a day later to spray. This place doesn't hire an outside plowing service. The maintenance guy "plows" the lot with a 4 wheeler. He usually does it after you've gone to work, or as you're getting home. The walkways and sidewalks usually get done in the afternoon. The leasing lady is condescending and rude. She puts on a show when she's showing you the place, and then when you are moving in. After that she is a headache to deal with. She only works 3 days a week, so if you need something Thursday though Sunday nothing will get resolved until Monday. Chances are when she is in that it won't get resolved anyways. They won't do anything about noisy neighbors. If someone is unbearably loud above, below, or around you; save it. The leasing lady will tell you that there is nothing they can do about it, and that's "joined living." She has excuses for everything. Drug deals in the parking lot. Witnessed an ambulance picking up someone who overdosed in the parking lot. Our until, along with some of our neighbors apartments have a mold problem. None of this is an exaggeration. If you find yourself looking at Woodgate Village start looking elsewhere. This place is a cesspool.
Bugs, roaches, poor upkeep, and very poorly managed is all I can say. I could not wait to move out. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Loud neighbors. Bug problems. Management Will do absolutely nothing about any situation and will feed you excuse after excuse. They don't treat you like royalty here, they treat you like second hand citizens. You have no rights here, regardless of it being in the lease. I've never seen lazier management.
Been living here for nine years, donot really like the dogs that are allow to also stay here, cause everyone donot clean up after their pets.donot like the smell niether, when the building was under a different mgt. When i first move in were more security and more cleaner,Now the door is always unlock and to many young folks runing in and out.,i am not as satisfied as when i first move in here eights ago.
