Property Ratings at Woodland Apartments
I lived in this apartment for five years. I never had any problems. Maintenance work great! Amazing location! If you are looking for a good affordable apartment, you should check Woodland.
If you are going to live here I suggest living on the top floor. If you are like me and don't like hearing other peoples conversations that are on a total different floor than you then don't live here. I am on the bottom floor and can hear every footstep, word, and movement by my neighbor upstairs from me. I can tell when they come home, go to bed, and leave or even go t the kitchen and they arnt doing it on purpose its just them going about their business. So if you live above someone be careful because they can probably hear you below. Otherwise I have not had any other problems with my apartment besides it being ten degrees hotter in the bedroom when the heat is on than the rest of the apartment because the furnace is in your closet. everyone here is really nice and friendly, but again it is super super easy to hear literally EVERYTHING above you if someone lives below you.
I have lived here for the past two years. Location is amazing and area is safe. Apartment was renovated recently. Maintenance has been really helpful as well. I recommend this place if you need an affordable and reliable apartment.
I lived there from 2013- 2018 in Woodland Apartments during my whole residency at the hospital. I enjoyed living there. I just want to send my deep appreciation to the management (Sharon), staff, maintenance etc. I have lived in several apartments before during medical school and by far this was the best. Thank you Woodland Apartments Dr Mo and Ms. Sue
