no visitor's parking permit given to tenants or visitors of those tenants. worse place to live! super expensive and management is a nightmare. so, my family and friends can't visit and park on visitor's parking or else they will get towed! they have the moat ridiculous rules ever!!!! don't rent here!! you will be dealing w a nightmare if you do!!! thid place deserves --100 stars..negative negative all the way!!@

Been living at woodside Village about 18 months. My kids and husband love that they put on fun events like “Taco Tuesday.” They had an amazing taco man and do things for the residents a couple times a month! We love using the brand new BBQ’s as well as the pool. The only thing they are missing is an exercise room. That would be awesome! We have never had any issues with bugs or laundry like some of the other reviews, but they got new laundry machines recently.
I have lived at Woodside Village for over a year and it has been a great place to live. The apartment management is super friendly and helpful. They even helped me track down a lost instacart order. The community events are very well done and a nice treat in the month. The grounds keeping crew and maintenance are on top of things. I had an issue with my sink and they responded and fixed the issue within 15 minutes.
I get these extra large roaches inside my apt the size of a large date disgusting. They come out every night at the same time I'm my living room , bathroom dining room. I've cleaned and cleaned made sure no food is left behind they still come to visit . Moving out when our lease is up can't take it anymore here .
came in at the last minute to apply for a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom had a few issues applying online the staff is very friendly they allowed me to use the computer to complete my application like I said I'm still in the middle of the approval process I really hope all goes well this apartment seems perf everything looks so clean so peaceful so calm the staff is so nice and welcoming. I can say I did a search through every single drawer and cabinet when I view the apartment I'm looking for and can say there were no signs of rats as the comment above.... wish me luck ???

I been here for 10 years plus never had any problems until December 2018 when I started hearing rats in the walls and had them in my apartment. I'm up at 2:13 am right now discusted because I cant sleep all I hear are rats trying to eat through the walls...disturbing and disgusting.
I currently live in these apartments there are beautiful and safe but my only complain would be about the manager Kelly she is rude and makes you feel unwelcomed. Theres never an issue with anyone from the office but when it comes to her she always has one. Her communication skills need some improvement sometimes she may come across hostile.
My daughter and I have been looking for an apartment in the West Covina area and we stopped at Woodside. Morris was very professional,knowledgeable and friendly. The Manger Kelley was very welcoming. The square footage is much bigger then any other apartments we visited for the same price range. We are still in the beginning stages of the application process. This is definitely our first choice. We do recommend that you stop by and visit. Very neat and seems that the tenants are respectful. The pool area was very inviting and clean.

Been living here for about 7 years and it's been an amazing experience through out my stay with my family. It's not congested like other apartments out there and they always keep everything clean. Very close to almost everything you need on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this place not only on what I mentioned but it's also a safe area to live in.

It's been a year since we lived here. And there's nothing I'm against it of. It has clean surroundings, and we really feel safe here. Even the staff are great! If ever there's an issue they act on it immediately.I greatly recommend this apartment!
Awesome place to leave and relax . quiet and very close to 60 and 10 free way without the noise i am going to stay for another year the buy a house. close by
I have leaved here for the last one year, clean apartment ,clean swimming pools and a very good community outreach program for resident .The apartment is spacious and a lot of guest parking. it close to shop center and public transportation . its awesome. i will be here for another year as i look forward to buy a house.
I like the woodside village aprt.located in amar road,its clean and safe to live,and its closer to all stores,church, pharmacy and bus station.Safe for the children the sorrounding are cleaned and nice and safe parking.And the laundry are cleaned all the machines are new and safe to use.And most of all the people at the office are all very nice and friendly they can help anytime if we have problem at the aprtment.i will recommend this woodside and will rate five stars.
