Crime
There is a lot of crime in this apartment complex. I have been a resident for ~2 years and I've witnessed a girl dead in the parking lot (apparent overdose), a woman brandish a weapon at someone just outside my apartment. To top this off my neighbor "accidentally" discharged his firearm; the bullet went through a man's shoulder and then into the floor of the unit above.

New management
I love it here! The new management just took over and things are going great. Great apartment, amenities, and price for the area. You cant beat it.

Love my apartment!
So I have lived here for 2 years and I’ve had no major issues, if something messes up I always get it fixed by maintenance. Also I’ve NEVER had an issue with roaches. Plus yes the train tracks are near by but I never notice hardly when a train comes by. Would rent her again.
