Within walking distance to Ritz Carlton and La playa for exquisite brunch and dinners!!! La Playa and Ritz Carlton offer canoe and jet ski rental. Only 2 miles from the lively and buzzing Mercato with its restaurant and music The condo is located only 10 minutes away from the famous 5th Ave which is known all over the world! Residents can go swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, go shelling along the crystal-clear water at Barefoot Beach County Preserve, or head to the hotel-lined Vanderbilt Beach Park.
