(Address: 1 Devonshire Place, Boston, MA - 02109) I'm moving out of the country soon and I need someone to take over my lease. The apartment is 1 bed / 1 ba, about 750 sq. ft. The lease ends on September 30, 2016 and you can choose to renew it later. The rent is $2870/ month but I'm willing to negotiate.
