Property Ratings at 1 Kennedy Flats Apartments
I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment , and I was really impressed. The leasing office staff were friendly and provided all the necessary information, making it easy to settle in. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-appointed. The open floor plan made the space feel bigger than expected, and everything from the kitchen appliances to the bathroom fixtures seemed high-quality and well-maintained. The large windows let in a lot of natural light, which really brightened up the space. The building amenities were a nice touch as well. I had a chance to check out the fitness center, which was well-equipped, and the common areas were neatly organized and inviting. The location is also very convenient.
Great building, but the rentals are just a little too high and the Building is way under staffed. The staff in general are great. The community room could use a new pool table and accessories

We love our apartment at 1 Kennedy flats. Maintenance is super quick when you fill out a request. The leasing office is friendly and does a great job with the package center.
It is a pleasure living here at Kennedy Flats. I have lived in a couple different apartment buildings and by far, this is the best. Maintenance staff…. Whom I would like to personalize and recognize the names of a few including Clarissa, Novi and Hugo meet and go above expectations. They are professional and never do they make you feel like you have annoyed them by putting a request of service. They enter the home with a smile upon their face each time. Eric in the office, is always a ray of sunshine with a smile on his face passing by him each day! It’s winter and the holiday season so the lobby of the building is decorated beautifully for us residents and the potential newcomers. Pertaining to winter, snow removal is always done with care and consideration. Hosted events show appreciation to tenants that include catering with food and beverages. These are just a few positive aspects of living at Kennedy Flats. We are happy living here!
What a great place to live. The units are amazing. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances, large and spacious bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryers , plenty of closet space, and even pet friendly. Convenient to the highway and all major shopping and hospital. Lauren and Eric are great. They’ll find just the perfect fit for you. I can’t say enough. Great place to live. Office staff are always willing to help with whatever they can and the community events are always very nice. Maitenance requests are always handled in a timely fashion and amenities are top notch
Everyone was so helpful and accommodating when I arrived for my apartment tour! Not only that, but they were able to get me into my apartment quickly and seamlessly within 24 hours - 10/10 recommend.

Leasing office staff and maintenance do the best they can, but some community members just refuse to be considerate and follow rules. Love my apartment and amenities.

I’m very happy with my decision of moving my family to Kennedy Flats. We have everything we need in one building, 24hr fitness gym, community room, pool, outdoor grilling, mail, package concierge and an indoor trash area. Not to mention our unit has everything also, stainless steal appliances (including dishwasher and garbage disposal), subway tiles in bathrooms and espresso cabinets throughout. Lauren and her team made the move in experience as seamless as possible. I’d definitely recommend this community to my family and friends.
Nice and clean space. There are no loud neighbors so far, I love to see the pets walking by. Nice amenities, and I am in love with the apartment localization.
The unit is terrific and the amenities are amazing. I’d highly recommend to anyone. Everything was clean and ready before my arrival. Lauren and Eric are great, they took care of everything.
We enjoy living here. Concerns are always addressed in a timely manner regarding the building. Clarissa and Novi are the best and always smiling when they greet you each day. The interaction has been positive 100% of the time. I would say even if they are having a bad day, they know how to hide it well. It’s always a pleasure passing by them. The building is safe and well kept
I have really enjoyed living in this community. The neighborhood is nice and the amenities and staff support is awesome. Some smaller issues like there noise around the pool can be improved.
I throughly enjoy living here. The leasing staff made of Eric and Courtney made my move in easy & communication was transparent and fast. Maintenance is friendly and fast as well, Novi & Clarissa are very thorough. I enjoy the gym, community events the very most.

My residency has been a pretty smooth transition from my last and the community here is so welcoming. The residency coordinators and leasing staff have been very friendly and very transparent when it came to our walkthrough inspection and move in dates. They have been nothing but very accommodating and I thank them.
I am staying here for almost 6 months now. The community is very clean and spacious. The neighbors are friendly and supportive. The communal spaces — like the cozy lounge and shared open kitchens — became our meeting points. It was like having an extended family right next door. The events and activities organized by 1 Kennedy are icing on the cake. With these vibrant tapestry of experiences, it's more than just a roof over head.
So far loving kennedy flats and cant wait to spend the summer at the pool enjoying all the awesome amenities! Courtney in the office is the best.

Vibrant community and well maintained property! Property management is communicative and friendly. No major concerns since my move in. Experience at Kennedy flats has been great so far. Definitely would recommend.
Kennedy Flats is great. The units are amazing. Very spacious with the high ceilings and modern appliances and hard wood floors. The bathroom is large. In unit washer and dryer are the best. The amenities are nice too. A beautiful pool, nice gym area and convenient common space with pool table, fireplace, large tvs and available for private parties. Either Courtney or Eric will find you just the right sized unit. They have many styles to choose from. Convenient to shopping, downtown and Route 84. And pet friendly too.
We love living in community. We have made many new friend living in this community and all are living for long time..enjoy walking outside in summer time
I have enjoyed my experience here greatly. The leasing staff, management & maintenance team are all wonderful & responsive. I especially love the gym, the pool & the cute resident events. I enjoy the various food trucks too.

Awesome! Really love the apartment and the community. My only issue is that my oven doesn’t work! Maintenance has been awesome though in trying to get the issue fixed!
When we first came to 1 Kennedy Flats, we were welcomed by warm smiles and open arms. The leasing team explained everything so well and got an apartment the same day we toured. Since living here, everyone has been very friendly and supportive. Our washer had some problems upon move in and they were quick to give us a replacement. I love it here!
So far it’s been amazing. Some things could use some improvement of course but overall very nice to live here. Everybody is lovely and especially the fur babies
My husband, son and I moved to Kennedy Flats almost a year ago. We were joyful at move in and it continues to be delightful each day we leave our home and return. If a situation needs to be resolved such as maintenance or anything in general, the leasing staff as well as maintenance team are extremely diligent addressing the matter in an adequate time. Everyone from the leasing office is personable and professional. It adds joy to my day when I see any staff member either from leasing or maintenance and they take the time to wave or simply say hello with a smile. We always look forward to the monthly appreciation Kennedy provides to us as residents, whether it’s giving donuts and cider during the fall or the staff hosting a holiday party for everyone to gather and everything in the months between. Thank you for providing a safe and positive community for us residents at Kennedy Flats!

Everything is so clean and quiet here. this is my second year living here and I have zero complaints. The pool is amazing and gym isn’t packed. Courtney in the office is amazing!

Kennedy Flats is a great place to live. Nice and quiet, pet friendly, close to I84, close to shopping and just about anything else you would need. Maintenance was fantastic. I had an issue with my dryer and it was fixed in a day. Amenities are the best. Exercise room is open 24/7 and never too busy. The pool is a great place to cool off and have a bbq. The units are beautiful.
Love it here! Great amenities, no noise, peaceful. Wish the gym had some more equipment and machines otherwise no complaints. Recommend to anyone in the health field who needs to stay somewhere close to the hospital

Kennedy flats is a great place to call home. It’s relatively quiet and neighbors are respectful. The pool in the summer is an oasis. Maintenance is great and we love Courtney and Eric in the leasing office.
