Property Ratings at 1 Twenty Two at 63rd
The layouts are nice and the natural light in my apartment is amazing. It feels so open and bright. NGL I love having 2 balconies.
nice place to live. Thank you so much.Very appreciate your professions.
This is my second year at 122. and I’ve had no issues. It’s been a solid choice for me. It was rough for a while with the old management company. They were HORRIBLE!! But Heather at CJ Real estate has been amazing!!
I love the modern finishes in the kitchen and bathroom—everything feels brand new.
My move-in experience was so smooth. The team here really made it easy for me to settle in. The application process was easy and everything was easy to set up. I am pleased with the complex. Espeecially where its located and what we pay for rent.
122 Apts has been awesome. The management is helpful, and the amenities are always in great shape.
this is a great place to live. The units are clean, and the neighbors are super nice.
Maintenance is always quick to respond, and the building feels really safe. I’m happy here!
The location is perfect—close to work and all my favorite spots. Couldn’t ask for more!
We need more laundry rooms, but my unit is good. Talking to Ervin is always a pleasure and he is great!
Renting 1 Twenty Two is a good option. You can't beat the location and the price in comparison to other northern locations. Because of the previous manager, it had a terrible reputation for a while, but they cleaned up fairly well and eliminated the issue that was bothering people, and things have since improved. In the winter, my lease expires, and I intend to stay.
I enjoy living here. I've been here about 2 years now and I just renewed my lease. The PM has been responding to my requests and Ervin is wonderful!
1 twenty two is a decent place to rent. compared to other places up north, you can beat the price and the location. It had a bad reputation for a while because of the old manager but I they cleaned up pretty good and got rid of the problem causing ppl and its turned around. My lease is coming up in the winter and I plan on staying.
We just moved in during the winter and what a great place to be!!! The people are friendly and it really feels like home to me!!
The units are nice. Rent is decent for up north and I love having 2 balconies.

I'm thrilled with the 122 Apartment Complex, where I recently moved! The makeover of my unit is just what I wanted. Definitely a wonderful place to call home! Heather is outstanding!
I've met some really nice people in the dog park, and it's fairly peaceful here. The newly remodelled flats are gorgeous and modern. The patio area is perfect for gatherings, and parking is very handy. I've never had to fight for a position. I love this site so much!
I just renewed my lease here for another 12 months. I like that its close to everythiing I need and the neighborhood is safe.
I just moved in and can't wait to use the dog park. The agent who set me up was very personable and easy to talk to. Hopefully the weather gets nicer!
I LOVE it here! The tenants are friendly and the manager is too.
I do enjoy living here with my BF. My only complaint would be the trash gets piled up sometimes but they usually get to it.
Lived here for years and this is the best its been.
They've really been doing alot to the place lately. Last summer I had concerns about the safety but the new managers have cleaned up everything. Its great!
It was a bit rocky a few months ago with nothing getting fixed and a few bad neighbors. But now all that's fixed and I don't have any issues. I can recommend it to anyone looking to move to a great place.
I'm impressed with the 122 Apartment Complex, where I recently moved! The makeover of my unit is just what I wanted. Definitely a wonderful place to call home! Heather is outstanding!
i like living here. the location is close to work and shopping, rent is decent for what you get.
Every unit has two decks. That is not what I have seen anyplace else. I haven't found anything comparable for the pricing.
It's pretty quiet here at the dog park, and I've met several great folks. The renovated apartments are stunning and contemporary. The patio space is ideal for parties, and parking is incredibly convenient. I've never had to compete for a place. I adore this place!
No complaints. My unit is remodeled and the area is safe.
I recently moved into the 122 Apartment Complex and I'm impressed! My unit's remodel is just what I was looking for. A great place to call home for sure!! Heather is fantastic!!
There are bats in these apartments. Management is very unprofessional. Tenants aren't treated fairly.
