Basement: laundry machines and plenty of room for storage Downstairs: a full bathroom, a sizable kitchen, a side dining room, and a spacious living room Upstairs: two bedrooms that are connected by a large landing, which could also be used as office or sitting room Storage Barn: a secured barn is available for 200 sq ft of additional storage space. (NO Extra cost! Shared with neighbor) Back Yard: large and enclosed backyard that is great for dogs (or children) to run around. (Shared with neighbor). The house is situated right in the center of town at the intersection of Spring and Main. It is two blocks from the great dining of the Winooski Roundabout, three blocks from the Champlain Mill bus stop, one mile from I-95, and one mile from Costco! There is off-street parking in the driveway (shared) for up to two cars. Electricity and Gas are NOT included. Water/Sewer and Trash/Recycling Collection IS included. One dog is allowed (no larger than 80 lbs) with $30 per month extra. One to two cats are allowed (de-clawed) with $15 per month extra. Previous tenants lived here 3.5 years and only moved because they bought a house!
