AVAILABLE JUNE 1 2025 Apartment Four is an END unit with 3 bedrooms and one bath on the second floor in a QUIET 4 family complex at 10 East State Street near the Village of Mount Morris. It is on route 408 and the greenway. New kitchen cabinets, fixtures and flooring installed in the June 2019. The apartment is an L shaped townhouse style with kitchen (7'5x11'3) and dining (11'2x9'4) and stairs at the front and living room (14'2x11'3) in the back, hookups for washer and dryer are in a hall closet on the first floor between the kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer is NOT included. The kitchen includes stove refrigerator dishwasher and microwave. Three bedrooms (11'3x10, 11'3x11, and 11'3x8) and 1 bath (7'6x5) are upstairs. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY in designated spots. Utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, cable) are NOT included. They run on gas forced air heat and hot water.
