The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee machine and pods, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Laundry is available onsite. Access to the fitness club is not included. All guests are eligible for a resident discount during their stay and can purchase a membership at the club. There is no parking at this property, but off-site parking is available nearby. Early check-in from 9am-3pm will incur a fee of $75, and before 9am will incur a fee of one full night's rent. Late check-in after 8pm will incur a fee of $50. Late check-out from 11am-3pm will incur a fee of $75, and after 3pm will incur a fee of one full night's rent. You are just a short walk from Broad St. Station with the J and Z trains, Wall & William St. with the 2 and 3 trains, the NY Ferry Terminal, Bowling Green Station with the 4 and 5 trains, and Battery Park, Whitehall Terminal, and the Staten Island Ferry. The building offers amenities such as a business center, conference rooms, resident lounge and bar with pool tables, and a rooftop sundeck with city views and BBQ grills. A dry cleaner is conveniently located in the lobby, and there is a 24-hour door attendant. A Duane Reade is located across the street, and Starbucks is next door. The elevators are being renovated at this time, which will result in delays. The estimated completion date is March 2025. Internet speeds are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on your computer model and the router location.
