About This Property

Beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bath in one of Navy Yards newest buildings, 10 K. The building houses amazing amenities from an Equinox gym and bowling alley to a relaxing indoor lap pool complete with saunas (both infrared and classic) and hot tub. A large co-working space is also available for all residents (free of cost) including the option to rent out a personal office. The apartment itself has floor to ceiling windows that face west providing great sun exposure throughout the day and fantastic sunset views with the backdrop of the city. This apartment is perfect for someone who enjoys entertaining and cooking as the range faces out to the living area and windows. This is our dream apartment and building and would have stayed here for many more years to come but, unfortunately, a new position is causing us to move to the west coast. Therefore, we are looking for someone to takeover our lease from this truly special apartment. There are currently no available 1 bedrooms in the building and since this is a lease takeover, you are locking in a rate from a year ago which is cheaper than the recently available 1 bedrooms. This is a short term lease/lease take-over (09/01/2022 – 02/02/2023) with option to renew in 02/2023. Extending north from the Navy Yard between Capitol Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, Capitol Riverfront is one of DC's fastest-growing neighborhoods. The popular Anacostia Riverwalk Trail begins in the neighborhood, near the intersection of 11th Street and M Street. This mixed-use neighborhood began as an industrial area; today, it is a trendy mix of office buildings, lofts, apartments, shopping areas, and parks.
