Property Ratings at 10 N. Main
It is painfully clear the people here have not lived in an apartment building before. Things like elevator courtesy and not blasting your music at 7 am (there are also thin walls) are ignored. Dogs and kids run up and down the hallways screaming and barking. Kids are let to scream at the top of their lungs (again thin walls). Dogs are allowed to pee right in front of the main door instead of the grass because if laziness. Instead of walking on the front of their feet, people stop around on their heels so you can hear (again thin walls) your downstairs neighbor and your upstairs neighbor stomping around. Parking is promised but there is not enough parking spot. The lot is an open public lot, and there is no one at night making sure only those living here are parked here. Guests of those living here park anywhere, anytime they want, taking parking spots away from people who live here. People park however they feel like, on the fire lanes, handicapped spots, in the middle of the parking lot, and there is no one to say otherwise. We were told plenty of street parking available but that is a lie, not enough spots either. Neighbors say the EV chargers do not work at all, no one fixes them. There have been three different property managers in six months, no one answers phone calls or responds to emails. There are two other apartment building in this town, and another being built, go to those instead.
Overall the apartment is really nice and the common areas are kept really clean, but there is not enough parking for everyone that lives here. Some nights you can’t even get a spot and have to park on the street. There also too many dogs barking all day.
Poor management, cheaply made building and fixtures, no one to turn to they will hide out. Run run run runnnnnnnn!!!!!
Every aspect of this place is what we were looking for, new building, leasing agents great, application process great, building great, super is great. Problem is too many dogs, barking all day. Not sure why a lousy one time fee, plus pet rent is worth all of the headaches to residents and management company.
