Walk to SPA Park and concerts at SPAC! The Saratoga Race Track and downtown are both 2.5 miles. Large backyard with propane firepit, dining deck, propane grill, and shed for bikes. Washer/dryer in house. PLEASE NOTE: No smoking. Well behaved pets considered. Yard is not fenced, no barking animals. The kitchen stove is smaller than average. PETS: This is an ideal spot for pets! We have a large back yard, there is a community jogging trail at Pitney Meadows across the street, and SPA Park is 3 blocks away. PET POLICY: - Lawn must be well maintained, pet waste picked up right away. - There is a $200 fee per pet. - There is an additional $500 security deposit for pets, refunded assuming no damage to house, furnishings, lawn or property.
