This is the best apartment complex I have lived at and will be staying here for the remainder of my time in Asheville. It might be a little bit pricey. But with that you get a huge gym and some of the friendliest front office staff I have talked to who go above and beyond for their residents. I was originally moved into a ground floor apartment and my upstairs neighbors were super loud throughout the night and I could not sleep. The front office worked with me through it and was able to find a separate apartment for my roommate and I and I CAN FINALLY SLEEP AGAIN!

The neighborhood is clean, friendly, close to shops and schools. I recommend so many of my friends to checkout Newbridge apartments!
The staff and cleanliness of this place is absolutely top tier. Being an expecting parent I am so excited to raise a child here. Everyone is super friendly since day one. Amazing pet accommodations for my fur babies to run and play. Out of all the places I looked this stood out all on its own. Pool and gym is great. Definitely feel right at home!
The staff in the main office always worked above and beyond and CONTINUE to do so even though it's no longer my residence. Truly such a wonderful experience and the amenities are only getting better (gym/pool/dog park). Thank you for a fabulous two years New Bridge! - Love, Callie
I love it!! I was treated with so much respect and kindness! I would like to point out Emily specifically. She was so nice and was ready to take on any task.
Honestly though. These apartments are way nicer than most, so much so that they’re probably going to ruin every other complex I may live in in the future! Like others have stated, the gym was a huge selling point for me. I’ve never seen an apartment gym like this one, it looks like something you’d pay a membership fee for. Management is easy to talk to and they even remember your name (still not sure how that’s possible!). Maintenance is incredibly friendly and quick to respond, they’ll even change your AC filters and light bulbs. Newbridge is also priced under what most places are going for, but they’re newer and the finishes are really beautiful. I live on the top floor so I can’t comment on neighbor noise from above me but I rarely hear the people next door. These apartments are pretty quiet considering we’re all living on top of each other. The grounds are well kept, trash and recycling is picked up at my door, and there are tons of dogs in the complex. There’s also a courtesy officer available 24/7 for any overnight issues. The ONLY issue is parking. There are maybe ten guest spots for the whole complex, and when those fill up your guests have to park outside of the complex. Same goes for any unlucky resident that gets here last and can’t find a spot. Parking is slightly better at the back of the complex than the front, however. But if you don’t get a spot you have a little hike back to your apartment from overflow parking. Not sure how this could be rectified with the complex already built but it was definitely poor planning.
Been here for around 3 years. Apartment living is quiet with friendly neighbors, good rent pricing and pet policies. Pool is great, common areas are nice for board gaming with other residents. The gym is goals. Best apartment gym you’ll ever find. If fitness is a must for you, as it is for me, then no gym membership necessary because this has it all. 2 levels, cardio (including a rower) and strength machines as well cable cable crossover, free weights/barbells. It’s awesome. Everything has its cons though, but manageable: parking is awful. It was worse when I first moved in but it’s still so bad that people have to park off the property and walk up a hill to their apartment. Guest parking is weird and taking up spots for residents. Just atrocious. Once parking is expanded (or assigned resident spots) than I’ll give 5 stars.
Spacious, modern, quite apartments with great staff and clean amenities/ grounds
Wonderful complex which is less than 5 years old. Incredible amenities (huge gym which is not crowded at all!) Very nice landscaping. But best of all, it is very quiet—-I thought it would noisy and that you would hear the people next door. Nope!
I have nothing but great things to say about 10 Newbridge! The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The property is peaceful and well maintained. Maintenance issues are handled quickly by experienced and friendly staff. The property management team is very helpful and genuinely care about the residents. Plenty of parking and enforcement too! I’m very happy to be a 10 Newbridge resident!
This complex is just a few years old, has terrific amenities, and is nice and quiet even though it’s pretty large. The location is great – easy access to small-town Weaverville and to big-city Asheville but without city hassles. All the other tenants we’ve met have been very friendly and everyone seems happy to live here. Our primary staff contact is Beth, who is WONDERFUL, and Stacey & Brandi & the maintenance staff are really great, too. They are all kind, helpful, knowledgeable, & fun. And we love looking out from our balcony and seeing woods and wildlife just 30 feet away!
Love the place, great amenities, but when it comes to service it is awful. The pool was a swamp for months, there isn’t enough parking for the residents so much that people park outside of the complex, cigarette butts on the ground everywhere. When I approached management I was told They could just take away certain amenities for individuals (me personally) or I could end my lease and leave and then hung up on me instead of offering solutions. Not professional by any standards
The service provided by Beth, a leasing manager, was excellent! She made the process smooth, answered all my questions, and welcomed me into a kind community. Beth genuinely cares. I recommend Newbridge apartments and Beth without reservation.
So love living here. Both the amenities and the staff are amazing. Only 7 minutes to downtown and 5 to Weaverville. I love my new home!
Sure, this complex still has that new car smell, but none of the amenities have been up and running and ready for use since moving in (August) except for the gym. That’s the only selling point for this place. They worked on the pool all summer and it’s finally done—in December. There was supposed to be a pet spa-non-existent. I work third shift. Monday through Friday since moving here in August there has been construction going on all day long. It’s beyond annoying. They’re working on 3 new buildings however, there is already absolutely NO parking for the residents that are here now. I’ve been in the leasing office and overheard them telling potential residents that they can’t move in by certain dates because the parking won’t be available. It’s ridiculous. I will be out of here ASAP.
We began leasing our new home at 10 Newbridge 3 months ago. We love this place! It’s a perfect location! Easy access to anywhere you need to be in Asheville. Conveniently located on the Northside far away from the crazy South Asheville gridlocked traffic. The 10 Newbridge Staff are impossible to beat. We have had a few minor maintenance requests and each were answered immediately with friendly and accomodating staff members of the maintenance team. We love the monthly socials provided for the residents which create a great sense of community and help us meet our neighbors. The grounds are well kept at all times and even beautifully decorated for Christmas as we speak. The ladies in the leasing office are second to none. They genuinely care about each of the residents, our kids, and our fur babies. They know us all by name, even our four legged family! We love our new home! I have been a resident here for 7 months. There is inadequate parking for the apartments that are occupied. When I moved here in October I was told that the pool, and other amenities would be completed in time for use this spring. It is now mid June and the pool is nowhere near completion. Management for this apartment complex seems more interested in building more buildings so as to get more rent revenue than providing the amenities that were promised to me when I moved in.
I absolutely *love* living at 10 Newbridge, and can't say enough good things about this apartment complex! First things first - the leasing office. The ladies in the leasing office are genuinely nice, awesome people that you actually WANT to go see (really, I often go walk my dog and myself to the clubhouse just to say hi)! Plus, they throw the absolute best events for us residents (yes, events! With food!)! Second - the apartments. Brand new apartments with some of the most amazing touches! After my cousin saw my granite topped island, she thought that my place had to be a condo, because "no one puts that nice of granite in an apartment"! There are even blinds in the living room that are inside of glass so that pets can't mess them up. Speaking of pets, 10 Newbridge is SOOO pet friendly! I was so worried about finding an apartment with 2 cats and a dog, but 10 Newbridge actually allows me to have 3 pets! Add to all of that a 7,000 sq ft gym, really nice neighbors (I actually know a lot of my neighbors! In an apartment complex!), and upcoming awesome things like a salt water heated pool and a dog park, and man! You can't get any better than 10 Newbridge. The rent here was even cheaper than a lot of the older apartments I looked at in Asheville. Ooh! Another thing (the ladies are going to laugh while reading this review, because I talk like this - scattered and all over the place and excited - in real life!) - the location is soooo convenient to EVERYTHING! I'm from Florida and this was my first winter (ever), and not only was 10 Newbridge kept plowed and salted, but the complex's perfect location right next to 26 kept me heading to work no problemo. Innovative policies, state of the art gym, beautiful units and a dog park and salt water heated pool to boot. Can’t wait for the latter two. Moving from out-of-state, the ladies here answered any question we had. If they didn’t know the answer they would find out and call us back. Great customer service and service with a smile, you couldn’t ask for anyone better to help you find your home in the North Asheville/Woodfin area! You are close to downtown without being close to the noise. I can’t wait for them to build the rest of the community so we can have a nice little area to walk. The ladies here make sure to have a resident event every month so you can meet your neighbors. Our favorite room in the apartment is the kitchen. We love how much room we have and the fact that we can cook together and no one is in the way. You should come and let one of the ladies show you around the community….-Caryn

10 Newbridge 10 stars, The on sight management go above and beyond with enthusiasm to make you feel at home, Christmas party and the BBQ last Saturday at the office next to fireplace really demonstrates genuine care focused on the welcome home atmosphere! The maintenance employee is genuine kind detailed and most important trustworthy leaving signed detailed notes of work performed, easy job for him since everything is sparkling new! Now the world class gym puts Golds and planet fitness to shame, My view from all three windows/doors and my patio Is woods, nothing but grass and trees, you can watch nature at work, rabbits, wild group of some kind of turkeys and occasional deer, very peaceful yet jump in your car and in five minutes your at Lowe’s, Walmart or Asheville, nice, no highway noise! This place is great. Our apartment is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic (love the gym), it's close to pretty much everything, and the staff is courteous and accommodating. The location is also relatively quiet, especially for being so close to the highway.

My fiance and I were one of the first families to move in here, and we have loved it. Our 1br/1ba is one of the smallest units available, and it's a bit pricey for the square footage, but it is worth it for the brand new appliances and fixtures.
