Working and living in the Perimeter area has become decidedly up-scale. A brilliant, luxury development is bringing a unique level of elegant sophistication and progressive thinking to 10 Perimeter Park Drive. Extending an invitation to you both inside and out you will be struck by the degree of design and planning that touches every detail of 10 Perimeter Park. Classically modern architecture gives way to thoughtfully designed and finely finished contemporary interiors. In creating 10 Perimeter Park, we've worked hard to make it a special living environment - in more ways than one. A special bio-retention riparian zone collects and cleans rainwater runoff before releasing it into the watershed and nearby Nancy Creek. Air conditioners are hidden from view, tucked away where they can't compete with landscaping. A special acoustic glass on windows facing the highway creates such peace and quiet you would never know it's there. Get your perfect 10 with a 10 Perimeter Park Luxury Apartment Home!

Property Ratings at 10 Perimeter Park
We are so happy to have chosen 10 Perimeter Park as our new home. The kids love the on site playground and we love the gym on property. Best part is the staff everyone is very helpful.
Honestly didn't have many negative experiences at 10. I rarely had to call maintenance probably only once for a filter to be changed. Only negative is power outages in the area but that is to no fault of 10 perimeter. I would renewed my lease if the 2 beds didn't go up to 2k but yeah great neighborhood. Pool is cleaned every sunday and neighbors are cool.
Was given a tour of what was supposed to be my actual apartment. Was told to apply the same day or it would get taken pretty quickly. Applied and got approved later that night. When I went to get my keys a week and a half later, I was given a completely different apartment that had carpet all through it. The one I was promised and toured had hardwood look for flooring. Management made me pay $800 before giving me the keys and informing me it was a different apartment. Was given the run-around about the apartment that I toured. One person said it flooded, another said somebody has always been living there. But I have video of the tour from the week prior. Was told to wait 30 days for the $1000 plus dollars I spent because I declined the space. They tried to offer me what I was promised for MORE MONEY after I went and applied to another apartment the same day.
I have been living out here for about 3 years and I had to adjust to the new mgmt. For the most part it is a quiet community & friendly staff. I just recently transferred from my 1bdrm to a 2bed/2bath & my apt is very spacious & I was able to paint my walls whatever color I wanted like before. They are working to get everything back on track & it shows! I love the app & how easy it is for me to request maintenance if needed & pay rent etc. I hope to get back to the wine down Wednesday's & other gatherings that the staff use to have for the residents. I constantly order things online & I feel very comfortable with my packages being left at my front door; as they are always done. I work from home, but if I need to go in the office for a meeting etc, my office is only one exit up!

I’ve lived here for 3 years and when new management took over I was ready to move. Valet trash is not consistent, the bathrooms outside of the gym are always locked when the office is closed, they lose packages and don’t require any kind of identification when picking up a package so who knows who has it, and they are super RUDE. They dug up the concrete in the parking lot MONTHS ago and it’s still broken up with cones around it. I am definitely moving when my lease is up.

I lived here from July 2016 to October 2018. When I moved in, it was managed by much better management team, RAM. They used to host pool parties, BBQ events, weekly community walks and hassle free apartment services and needs. Alas, it was taken over by current management that stopped providing light bulbs if fused then stopped blinds and even stopped hallway fans for ventilation during summer. If maintenance is needed, it would take longer time and before I moved out the 2nd security gate was nonfunctional for over 1 month (not sure if they've fixed it yet since I moved out). My carpet was used when I moved and was told by RAM management that it'll be changed when I move out so I didn't need to worry about the carpet. This current management charged me fee for their cleaning service to keep the same 2 tenant used carpet. They charged me for minor wall scuffs when normally all apartment gets repainted anyway. I never had apartment management charge for wall painting. This apartment is high priced for the area so one should expect management that goes along with it but not with the current management. Glad I moved out.
They don’t care about the tenants. There are better apartments around the corner that have better service and stability in office management. In the beginning I was shown a unit that I thought I was getting but didn’t get at signing because the manager lied. My move in was delayed a day because they didn’t walk the unit for damages and had to repaint and fix things we should not have seen on our walk through. The apartment was filthy as if they don’t have a cleaning service tend to it before someone moves in. Maintenance seemed agitated that I asked them to swap out a stove that had white stuff smeared on it from the previous tenant. The kitchen cabinet doors were peeling because they were too cheap to actually stain the wood or replace them during the “upgrade.” My so called new carpet was not installed property and lifts up at the transition strip. The new office team changed the office hours without telling anyone. They’re only open 830a to 530p M-F, no weekends; the bank has better hours! Package pickup is harder because of this and we actually missed out on a concert because our tickets were in the office when I learned of the new hours. I found out when I went to the office on a Saturday and saw a piece of paper on the door indicating the new hours. There was no communication sent out at all! I called in because my AC Is not working and they said they will try to get here but they close at 530p. I called at 445p. I thought AC issues were considered an emergency! The only good thing about these apartments is location and size. I’m moving out in less than 2 months and can’t wait to go to my new complex.
If you have lived in apartment community long enough, it is common practice for management to change. Some management companies are better than others, to say this company is horrible is an understatement. There are so many issues, I don't know where to begin. Well lets start with dirty hallways, staff never answers phone, never replies to emails, don't care about their residences at all. You can tell they just come to work for their paychecks. Oh and the number one complaint that these brilliant folks at Audubon decide to do is to remodel some of the apartments which includes taking up the carpet and replace with plank floors on SECOND and higher FLOOR apartments! Who does that! So what do you think happens to the tenants underneath on the first floor? I hear the second floor tenants walk to the bathroom, kitchen, etc. Oh and don't let them drop anything or their move in day! Forget it, you will be up all night with the sounds of foot steps, nail hammering, furniture moving, etc. NO CARPET means Nothing to filter the noise! All the noise comes right down to apartments below. There are so many issues, but I will stop here. The more I type, the more angrier I am becoming! You will regret moving here if you do so heed my warning!
All the reviews here made it seem like it was a great place to live. The office staff is very nice and professional and the apartments look great. From signing the lease to now 4 months later it has been a horrible experience! We were promised the hardwood floors but upon viewing the apartment after signing the lease (which was our mistake) it was carpet that appeared to be patched up. After complaining they switched flooring. Also, the apartments are supposed to have stainless steel refrigerators, during the walk through we realized it was black. Everything that was promised was not given at all. It was eventually fixed move on too two months ago we received the first water bill because they bill two months behind. Our water bill is extremely high in the sewage. When asking they fixed it because everyone knew that a 20 dollar water does not result in a 80 dollar sewage. After that, nobody from the water company or maintenance came to check on anything to make sure there was no leaks in the wall. They could fix the water bill because the apartments are not individually metered resulting in everyone having the same bill. Now comes next month water bill same dilemma. After the PROPERTY MANAGER agrees to fix the bill again we realize that next month that it never did. Instead she allowed the extra money to get dip into the credit we have on our account. In the very next bill cycle she tells us that "corporate said" they cannot fix the bill. We have been trying to contact coporate for over a month now and have not heard anything from them. This is disappointing I can not wait until the lease is over.
Management is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. The experience made me very uncomfortable and is the reason I moved. I played my rent on time every month and received nothing but disrespect and disregard for my concerns as a tenant. I would not recommend anyone pay there hard earned money to deal with this kind of treatment.
I have lived at this property for many years and loved it until the new management took over just a few months ago. I have never experienced the issues that I have with such unpleasant and unprofessional staff. They are very unorganized and seem to careless about the residents happiness and relationship with them. Also nothing on this property works since they have been in charge. The pool is always locked or closed for no reason and they never let the residents know what is going on. The gates are always broken. The elevator is broken more than it works. They put a computer in the business center it doesn't work .There is trash all over the place and people are allowed to do whatever. The management is usually doing nothing on her phone or hanging out in the office while there is many unhappy residents disappointed in how a nice place has changed so much. I will no longer recommend this property.
When I moved in 2 years ago,I loved it which is why I continued to renew my lease. You can't hear much from your next door neighbors or the highway but you can hear above/below. Any person walking tends to sound like King Kong is visiting them. Unfortunately with construction of a new subdivision across the street management was changed. There focus is on changing the resident type, increasing property value and occupancy rate. This I heard directly from an employee who was trying to "sell" me on there new changes. As a result, it's hard to find parking, guest park even further, maintenance request aren't completed accurately, and there is an obvious preference to residents who do not have families.
I first moved to 10 Perimeter in 2012, I had a 2bed and 2bath. The apartment was spacious and all electric. The location was perfect, not to far from Perimeter Mall and Lenox Mall. The staff very friendly. I than decided to move, why did I ever do that I have no clue. I am now renting from 10 Perimeter, a 1bed room and they have made some improvements. Brunch every first Saturday, Free workout with a certified training for current residence. AmazBalls!!!! The complex is always clean and Carrie the apartment manager is the best, always in high sprits and willing to help. I love 10 Perimeter.
Generally like the apartment, the rooms are kind of small in the 1 bedroom one bath approx 840 Sq ft. Nice overall, and clean. They lost An amazing office staff member, and the replacement kinda sucks but other than that I like the place.
I find the place to be average. There is nothing that really stands out. The staffs are great, but the apartments on the inside is a bit dull and not really luxury, when you noticed the finishes that were used. The apartment lacks good sound insulation system. I hear everything outside my walls and my neighbors's footsteps.
I'm currently finishing up my second year here and overall I have no complaints as far as the residence itself. The maintenance crew fixes things in a timely manner, the staff and property crew are attentive and understanding. Unfortunately, the area is deteriorating. The apartments within a .5 mile radius are relatively cheaper than 10 Perimeter. I don't feel safe at night due to the poorly lit parking lot. To sum it up, great rate for the spacious apartment and amenities, bad because you constantly feel like you have to look over your shoulder.
