SummitView is a well-maintained condominium complex with a lush treed common area. Water, sewer, landscaping, and snow removal of the roadway, driveway, and sidewalks are all paid through prepaid common charges and are not the responsibility of the tenant; thus the tenants' responsibilities are electricity, cable, and the required rental insurance. (You must show proof of a liability insurance policy for bodily injury occurring in the apartment with limits of at least $100,000 naming the above referenced rental unit as additional insured under the liability portion of your renter's insurance. SummitView is located minutes to MetroNorth Stations: Bethel - 4, Danbury - 9, Brewster 22. Leisurely walk to quaint downtown Bethel. 2 miles to downtown Danbury, 4 miles to Danbury Fair Mall, 2 miles to Danbury Hospital Less than 2 miles away from the zoned elementary and middle schools.
