Living on the lower east side
Living @ 10 Stanton for over 20 years have been an experience in change, rejentrification not only in community but inside an out of our building. We are a small pod in hopes of living behind a 28 story luxury apartment building. 20 years I have been at 10 Stanton I feel as though our presence is needed because of the balance of the universe an what we bring to this community as a strong fixture in affordable housing. My apartment/building is home to 147 tenants that have given not only homes to many but set a president in a neighborhood of change within everyday change, I'm proud to say I was part of that change through hardwork an quality of life.
