There is a small patio and backyard, which opens into a large shared grassy area with a walking path. The yard is maintained by a contractor through an HOA, so you don't even need to worry about mowing! Schools are Lincoln Elementary, North Layton Jr, and Northridge High School. There is a nice park 1.5 blocks away, which has play equipment for children. The park is far enough off the beaten path to be used primarily by people in the neighborhood. There is an additional HOA fee of $125 per month. The renter pays all utilities. We do NOT allow smoking NOR un-caged pets.
