Nice ambiance and Beautiful view in the sky lounge. Really enjoy it and the nice amenities, gym, courtyard, pool , kept clean. Nice park across the street, very pleasant to walk my fur baby. Grocery store in the building has been a plus. Can be noisy due to the roof construction but view is awesome. Office staff and maintenance are helpful, responds promptly.

Best place to live in terms of location to downtown and surrounding vicinities, dog friendly building, major plus having a Publix downstairs, wish we had more restaurants and additional dining , there are many vacant spots, make the rent more affordable so businesses can come in and i am sure the building would support addtional restaurants...lunch, pizza place, more breakfast and coffee needed..

Living at 10 Westedge has been incredibly convenient. It’s close to my work, with easy access to downtown within walking distance. The amenities are excellent, and having a Publix right in the building is such a practical bonus. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to live!
Complex is incredibly well maintained , the gym is fantastic and you can almost always find a time to go where it isn’t busy. Being on top of the publix is convenient, and the location is terrific. The only negative thus far has been the construction around the building which has unfortunately taken a portion of our balcony for the time-being , but the contract stipulated construction would be taking place around the building so we can’t knock them for such. Thus far, we would highly recommend this complex to others.
10 Westedge is on track with their operations. They make living here quite easy. The staff genuinely addresses your concerns and goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.
We enjoy our apartment at Westedge for its attractive design and ease of living. The building is generally kept clean and well maintained. Maintenance issues are handled well and the trash and recycling services are very convenient.
I love how communicative management is and all of the amenities this place has to offer. Having a grocery store just an elevator ride away is also fantastic.

Moved here a month ago and liking it so far. Amenities are nice, and they host weekly events and engage with the residents! The area is also really nice.

10 Westedge is a very well-run building and the residents are friendly. I particularly like running into dogs and their owners in the hall and elevator. The staff in the Leasing Office and Maintenance crew are all eager to please and quite competent. I wish to stay in the building for a long time.

You're the best! We really appreciate the positive review.
To keep things short, this is a nice building, with great amenities. Maintenance comes quickly if you have a problem. Leasing office is pleasant. However, this building is managed by greystar so do not expect a personalized experience. They nickle and dime you. You have to pay for a package service that is completely unreliable (please ask how this service works when touring) and there is no real guest parking. 2hrs free because of publix and after that westedge can only validate half off. Many wonderful pet owners, but some don’t clean up after their pets (but theyre trying to crack down on this). If it wasn’t so expensive, I would give it 4 stars, but the cost plays a role in my expectations.

Everything but the fragrance is great. The people and surroundings are fantastic. The canned scents permeating the common spaces are not. No one should be forced to live on Macy’s fragrance aisle.

Living at 10 WestEdge is a great experience. The apartment and the amenities are absolutely lovely and the staff here is so welcoming. The location of the building has amazing views as well as close proximity to the hospital, downtown, restaurants, and is right on top of a grocery store. So convenient!

It was a pretty good place before it was bought by Greystar. But now, rent has gone up $400 plus a bunch of new fees were added (like one for package delivery that is totally inconvenient and unreliable). I won't renew - it's just not worth the cost anymore. Parking is terrible. Guests have to pay to park after 2 hours. The automatic gates don't work half the time. Management plays favorites with certain residents and lets them park wherever they want or in multiple spaces, while others get fines or threats of fines. The grocery store on the first floor is convenient, but it draws a ton of traffic that doesn't know how to behave.

I've only lived here a short while, but I can already see myself staying here a few years. The high ceilings make the rooms feel larger. Plenty of storage with huge closets and lots of cabinets and drawers in the kitchens and bathrooms. Apartment is very quiet...must have sound proofing because you can't hear your neighbors Lots of amenities to enjoy and a great location. It really is an awesome place to live!

I am thrilled to have found 10 WestEdge to call home after moving from the Northeast! It was the first of many apartment buildings I toured in downtown Charleston, and stood out as my #1 choice the entire time. Eric was an incredible leasing agent who helped me secure the unit I have now. The building is immaculate, spacious, safe and clean. The close proximity to a giant Publix store, as well as a few other area food places, a small waterfront park across the street, and easy access to downtown happenings makes it a clear winner of places to live!
