Property Ratings at 100
If you’re considering moving into 100 Landsdowne (or any of the other University Park properties like 91 Sidney) I’d strongly recommend against it. I’m rarely one to leave reviews, but unfortunately my experience was so poor I feel compelled to share so others don't have the same experience. And based on many of the other reviews below, it seems to be a common occurrence. While the facilities and amenities are decently nice, the management team is quite disorganized. There seems to be a new property manager every month. As others have outlined, they are slow to respond to maintenance requests (there will be many) and often ignore emails and phone calls. It took over 2 months to receive my security deposit back after moving out. And even after finally receiving it, it was the incorrect amount despite management concluding nothing was wrong during the move-out inspection. Please look elsewhere. The facilities are okay, but other places can get you the same quality with much more responsive property management and without the risk of losing a chunk of your security deposit.

Hi there, thank you so much for your positive comments about 100 - Residences at University Park!
Terrible noise insulation, rude management, outdated building and high rent, utilities prices.

Hi there, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us.
Super comfortable facilities, with great infrastructure. Communal areas are fantastic (gym, garden, etc.). The staff is amazing - from concierge, to maintenance, to management: efficient, friendly, always helpful. Cannot say enough good things about living at 100!
Exceptional apartment location and floorplan.
In my humble estimation everyone is doing an excellent job
Great location
you will be treated as a high value resident. the staff and every one work her are very helpful and friendly it is highly clean and secure place they have very nice and new equipments in the Gem whenever you have a problem in your apartment, it will be solved so fast
The building is clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk are great. They will help you facilitate nearly anything from dry cleaning to maid services. Even with the building close to MIT, the building is quiet with a mix of tenants from students to professionals to retirees. It has a business center, gym, movie theater, and a common area that you can reserve for functions. Plus free coffee in the morning and evening!
