Poor Management Treatment
I never write reviews but this time I felt the need to do so. If I could give it negative stars I would. Apartment complex is nice and new, but management does not care about you and only see you as a way to make more money. There are so many small infractions for which they will charge you a fee. I lost my key on a weekend and there is a $100 fee to get a key replacement, plus an additional $100 just so they could let me into my apartment. Apartment doors automatically lock right behind you so I cannot go out of my apartment, to even use the apartment amenities, while I wait for the new key to arrive (which could take a few days) because I will have to pay the fee to be let back in. When talking to management they tell you that is the way the system works and that they cannot do anything about it. Showing that they do not care about us and will try to take as much money from you as they can.

We love our apartment & all the fixtures. We have a large island that you wouldn't be able to find in most buildings which is a plus for us. The high ceilings make the space look much bigger & so welcoming. We for sure love our apartment!

Throughout my time at 100 house the staff has been amazing! They are all so nice, friendly and welcoming. The building is maintained so well and is cleaned every morning. The staff also puts on resident events every month and these are a nice way to hangout and meet new people in complex. I have lived here for 3 years and counting. The building is well maintained including the amenities. Quiet overall during the week and even on weekends. Maintenance is quick to fix things as needed. Overall, great experience

The staff here are great, very helpful and courteous. The problem is that the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. I wake up early to work out and would find dog poop or pee in the hall.

So far I love living here! Everyone at the front desk has been helpful & I’ve met a bunch of friendly people at the dog park. I love how close the park is front my apartment & all of the amenities seem super high end. I’m looking forward to my new chapter in JC!

100 House has been wonderful. Amenities are really nice and concierge and maintenance are always helpful and reliable. There is a lot of construction in the area with a lot of new buildings coming up. Wish the area had a few more stores and restaurants or coffee shops, but it seems like they are coming.
