Lived here since the 90’s. Love this place! Staff now is amazing and helpful. Come see for yourself.
Moved here in March and its been a nightmare, the apartment is old and smell of wet old mop. The roaches are everywhere, I have called, stop by, wrote letters and they bring someone over to spray but they get worse, like whatever they are spraying is food to them. No over light in the bedroom or living area. They gave me the option to break my lease, its only being 5 months and you bet I am out of here. And they have this bond crap for a deposit which should be against the law because its non-refundable when you leave. DO NOT MOVE HERE, nasty infested with roaches
love living here with my family, I sure will recommend to my friends and family.
Crappy place to live. Mold through out my apartment. Just problem after problem after problem to where they gave me the option to term my lease early in which I did. Best decision of my life.
Worst decision ever I wish there were enough characters to say how we fell about this place could care less about the automated message saying they are trying to turn the ace around and that they are here to help, half way through the summer one pool never opened up and the second cant stay open Over a week without getting shut down electric bill is around $500 because they ducts are damaged so good luck trying to cool the place maintenance dont fix anything management don't care

This community is one of the worst places that I have lived in in Birmingham. The units are old and poorly kept. Instead of repairing the things that are broken/out dated, they cover it up with paint. My tub was peeling and molded within weeks of morning in and the roaches were horrible. Save your time and money and find a better place worth living.

Don’t move here. They don’t care. Plain and simple there is not a single person in the office who cares about what is going on. That’s the short answer... An example, I called earlier in the day to see what was going on with a work order I requested over a week ago. I was told I would get a call back shortly with an update. I get home with no call from them and find water running down my walls. I call and they still don’t have an answer for me regarding my work order, and say I can call them Monday to talk to the property manager.... Plain and simple they don’t care. I one time went to the office 5 minutes before they closed just to find it was locked. I ran out to the parking lot and asked a lady if she worked in the office and it was quite and inconvenience of me to ask her to do her job and stay until she was supposed to so I can pick something up that was delivered there. They do not care. It was a complete pain just to get anyone to answer the phone when we moved in, and now that we are wanting things fixed, it’s close to impossible... All the walls are cracked, no screens in windows, half the windows are replaced with storm windows so you can’t open them come summer, painted bath tub and shower, old carpeting, they do t clean it when you move in, door handles come off when closing them, paint all over the floors, they have been getting the air conditioning fixed in the gym for 6 months, lights to your entry way will go out outside and they don’t replace them, the list goes on and on. If you have made it this far do yourself a favor and don’t do what I did and move in disputes the reviews and think that only people with nothing to do post them. It’s awful management and they could care less if anything gets done. And to 100 Inverness, please don’t respond to this with your cookie cutter generic response to contact you. You have my info, do YOUR JOB and contact me as I requested to set up a time to get things fixed in my apartment.

Do not live here ! The management is terrible. They do not care about their residents. They recently revamped the office and aesthetics of the complex but did nothing to improve the real problems. This place is the worst. I am leaving as soon as my lease ends.
