Good management
MMG is professional and a 1st class PM company. They listens to your needs and handles. them immediately. Definitely knows what they are doing and does a great job. We appreciate all the great updates and repairs they had handled for our apartment.

I was very surprised to find such close apartments to Universities and they have great rooms at a great price. Thanks for helping me in such a short amount of time. Pros: Fast, friendly, great rooms and location. Cons: Wish I would have looked here sooner : )

Great Management
I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with MMG Property Management. The staff is friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting for the remainder of my years.

Just don’t
Management company fails to answer for calls. They take forever and a day to address issues. Safety concerns such as broken building doors, people in the dumpsters, random men unsupervised allowed into the apartment. Building the apartment was done poorly so there are some issues as roof leaks or windows leaking rain the apartment.
