It is located under the cliffs on the verge of Hoboken and Jersey City.) - 15 min walk to Hoboken Path and less than 15 min walk to Washington St. where all the restaurants and bars are located. I take a walk to the waterfront every weekend. It is so close and stunning (see the pic I took!). - 855 SQ. FT. - High Ceiling, which makes the apartment look even bigger! - Shuttle services to Hoboken station - I work on the 23rd street in NYC. It literately takes 25 min door to door to get to work. Amazingly efficient. - Close to the elevator (the building is HUGE so some units are very far from the elevator) on the 3rd floor facing the courtyard, which is beautiful. It is rare to have this kind of view in Jersey City/Hoboken. See the pics! - Brick wall decoration and HUGE windows. - Fully equipped gym open for 24/7. - Central AC - Washer and Dryer in the bathroom (Super convenient!) - Walk-in closet. - Amazing kitchen. - The courtyard that you can barbecue and sunbathe. - Pet-walk area. - 24 hr concierge. - Responsive maintenance crews - Meeting room available to use for various purposes. - Attached garage and a parking lot across the street. (I used to own a car, but I honestly did not drive at all so I sold mine. You can totally live happily without a car here.) - Electricity efficiency. (In the summer time when I use the AC constantly, use the oven, washer and dryer constantly, I only pay about $50.) - Uber friendly. - In short, you really cannot get this kind of apartment with this value, location, size, and view. I truly love it here. Washer & Dryer in unit, central AC, low utility bill, high ceiling, free shuttle to Hoboken Path (4min), gym, cocktail parties, 24 hr concierge
