diamond in the rough

My building is 1 of 3 situated on Riverdale of Yonkers NY. My apartment is in the back of the building and I have a beautiful view from the 15th floor. When I first moved in I had all new tile floors with all new stainless steel apliances. The closets were new too but they fall down 1 week into moving in because they weren't properly installed. Otherwise I love my balcony and the morning sun is so beautiful to wake up to every morning I have truely found a diamond in the rough parts of Yonkers.

My rent is 21,128 a month. It has 2 bed rooms one bath and a balcony towards the front of the building. it has a two way walk in to the kitchen. Bedrooms are big.
