Spider Hell
It's a fine apartment, Pella is very prompt with maintenance and other issues. However, the building is really falling apart, there are all kinds of cracks in the foundation and the walls and constantly had spiders roaming the apartment. Not occasionally, nearly every night when I turned out the lights in the bedroom, I would shine a flashlight on the ceiling to see it covered in spiders. Pella sprayed for bugs once a month but it did nothing to stop the spiders popping up everywhere. The location is really great but despite all the pros for this building, I would never recommend it on account of the spiders and overall condition of the place.
