Our home is located just north of the Brier creek area ~15 mins from downtown Durham. You will have access to the entire, newly renovated basement apartment which is separate from the upstairs home. You will have your own entrance in the back of the house as it is a walkout basement. There is a large patio that is covered by our deck and looks out into our spacious backyard where you can peacefully watch birds and squirrels play. Additionally, there is a separate parking area for you to use if you prefer not to park in the main driveway. You will have everything you need to feel at home including a full kitchen, laundry room, bedding, and bathroom supplies. The rooms are very spacious, and both have closet space and dressers!
