About This Property
Joiner Crossing townhomes feature granite countertops, all appliances included, and are equipped with a washer and dryer. The location is right in the heart of Grovetown, which is close to many new restaurants and things to do! PET FRIENDLY! To qualify, anyone ages 18 years and older must apply. Applications are $100, non-refundable. We require that the monthly net income be three times the rental amount. We also conduct a full credit and background checks on all applicants while looking for any previous evictions, bankruptcies, or outstanding balances owed. Must have a minimum credit score of 580. Once your application(s) is approved, you can pay the first month’s rent and a $200 administrative processing fee to reserve the home. Deposit is $200 and will be due at move in.
