About This Property

MUST have a FICO credit score of 600+ (Experian) Gross monthly income MUST be 3 times the monthly rent of the property MUST have good rental history: NO prior evictions or owing any money to a previous rental property (repairs/rent, etc.). If you have an eviction or owe someone for rent = automatic denial. MUST be able to pay security deposit & full month’s rent with Certified Funds (money orders or cashier’s check). Security Deposit if due to Cornerstone Realty within 48 hours of application approval and verbal commitment. We do a nationwide background check. This includes credit, rental, and criminal background. There are some criminal backgrounds that would be reason for denial, including but not limited to: any conviction misdemeanor or felony that involves ANY violence or selling drugs. Absolutely NO Sex Offenders. All adults (18+) must submit an application. - $50 per application, per adult. We allow pets up to 30lbs. There are certain breeds that our insurance does not allow. Please ask about your dog’s breed upfront, prior to filling out an application, as once we screen your application, the $50 application fee will NOT be refunded. We do charge a one-time $500 non-refundable pet fee
