The living room has wood floors and is open to the kitchen which also has a wood floor. There is a built-in breakfast bar, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Both bedrooms are large with wall to wall carpeting, ceiling fans and double size closets. The bathroom is large and has an antique claw foot tub with an attached shower, built in vanity, and a built-in linen cabinet. It is conveniently located walking distance to downtown. Nonsmoking units Application fee is $60, upon approval $40 goes towards your deposit! Tenants pay utilities. Owner bills for gas and water. Financial Requirement: Each applicant must prove they have 4x's the entire rent (for the unit) in permanent income, or applicant must have a Guarantor, who lives in the continental United States, and owns real estate in the continental United States. We must be able to verify that the Guarantor owns the property through the county where the real estate is located. All applicants must qualify on their own/ independent of co-applicants (no applicant may share a Guarantor).
