It includes limited/scheduled access to a beautiful backyard with a pool, hot-tub, BBQ, and outdoor living room/sitting area. Easy walking distance to Vons shopping center, dry cleaners, Fitness Quest 10, banks, and restaurants. About a mile and a half walk to Alliant University and about one mile walk to the nearest bus station. A single dog is permitted for additional $50/mo but we have a 15 lb dachshund that has access to the back yard so they would have to get along. Rent includes all utilities plus high-speed internet. Scripps Ranch is an upscale neighborhood about 18 miles from Downtown San Diego. This scenic neighborhood is home to Lake Miramar, a popular spot for fishing and boating. Residents flock to Lake Miramar’s waterfront parks, but Scripps Ranch is packed with lush parks, providing a nice backdrop for several homes. This neighborhood has excellent schools, is home to Alliant International University, and is part of the Miramar Marine Base. San Diego Miramar College is nearby as well.
