The trampoline, swings and flat turf area are great for kids to play on. Parking is available for a maximum of 3 cars at any time. Air conditioning in every room in the house. The house is also designed with "passive solar" which ensures optimal air flow, reduces sunlight penetration and naturally keeps the house cool throughout the day and night.
