Feel at home in this welcoming space where pets are welcome for a fee. You will be staying in the unit with the door on the right side of the duplex. Guests will enter the apartment through a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find a relaxing living room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed. Walk on the right side, and you will reach the dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. The laundry room has an access door going to the backyard. There is a hallway near the kitchen leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. Outside, a charcoal grill is available for use. Pets are welcome for a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the apartment. They are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the apartment, stains, or waste found in the yard or apartment, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This apartment is situated in a historic neighborhood near Lamar Avenue Highway. The area is rich with character and provides easy access to supermarkets and shopping centers. It is just a few minutes from the University of Memphis and Midtown. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The apartment has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the apartment. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the apartment, but the yard is shared with the other unit. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. A signed rental agreement is required and guests must be 21 years of age to book. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the apartment, stains, or waste found in the yard or apartment, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
