Pets are welcome with a fee. You will be staying in the unit with the door on the left side of the building. Guests enter through a digital keypad. Upstairs, there is a bedroom on the left and a comfortable living room on the right with a sofa bed, a SmartTV, and access to the porch. Off the living room is another bedroom with a bathroom. To the left, you'll find the dining room, kitchen, and another bathroom. A charcoal grill is available for use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This apartment is in close proximity to Lamar Avenue Highway, offering a very convenient location near supermarkets, shopping centers, and schools. It's only a few minutes away from the University of Memphis and Midtown. The house features a digital keypad at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home, but the yard is shared with the other unit. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code and are only a phone call away if needed during your stay.
