Roughly a mile northwest of downtown Wilmington, Hedgeville is a beautiful neighborhood filled with Victorian architecture and mature trees. The heart of the neighborhood, Kosciuszko Park, is located on a hill and features walking paths, a playground, and lighted tennis courts. Hedgeville borders I-95 for easy commutes, and the neighborhood features a variety of shops and restaurants, especially along Maryland Avenue. Here, you’ll find a Ray’s supermarket, Mr. Cheese Steak Restaurant, and Johnny’s Food Market.
The Christina River is just a few blocks east of the neighborhood, providing several parks with beautiful views. The Russell Peterson Wildlife Refuge is a terrific destination, providing raised walking paths and a visitor’s center. Hedgeville apartments also provide fast access to the Daniel S. Frawley Stadium, the Delaware Sports Museum & Hall, and the Delaware Children’s Museum.

Property Ratings at 101 Avenue of the Arts
We love it here! The building is kept very clean and orderly. Office staff is very pleasant to work with and maintenance is taken care of quickly. My girlfriend and I really feel safe and comfortable when coming home. We couldn’t recommend more!
If you are sensitive to noise, do not live here. The doors are thin so you hear every door that your neighbors close, every word your neighbors speak when walking to/from elevator, every bark from the dog next door, every elevator chime if you live near it. I heard every step the man above me took. I heard his cat jumping around. Think of a 5 lb weight being dropped repeatedly every hour. It drove me crazy! Work relocated me so I was released of my lease. This apt will keep every penny of your security deposit for "marketing purposes". Kevin does do a good job as manager and is responsive.
Horrible place to live. The staff is not responsive and the garage is completely unprotected. Almost everyone living here has had their car vandalized at some point. Protect yourself and chose another apartment complex on the riverfront.
